Quick and efficient.

No one to contact if you have an issue. I reserved my spot. QR code wouldn't work. I was told to email. However there is no one to answer email on the weekends. There is no one to talk to on weekends. I tried to make a new reservation so I could at least park my car to get to the airport. System wouldn't let me make a new reservation because I already had an existing reservation. The lady at the gate finally helped me. On the way out, the lady at the gate had to help me again due to QR issue. (there was also an issue with my reservation - my fault - I put in that I would be leaving at 4AM instead of 4PM. so that was on me.) However, the fact that the QR wouldn't scan and there is no one at customer service to help is ridiculous. I have been using Parking Spot for years and I will continue to use. However, customer service should always be available.

Quick shuttles.

It's quick and close to the airport with a good rewards program. We did have to wait almost 10 minutes before someone picked us up on our flight out which is abnormal. However we walked right out to a shuttle on our way back so that was nice.

Everyone is courteous and helpful. The shuttle runs smoothly and frequently. The driver loads and unloads my luggage.

The staff is always very prompt, helpful and communicative. Especially right now with all of the TSA updates and changes, they keep everyone “in the know” and bring you exactly to where you need to be. Always recommending the parking spot!
