Shuttle driver picked us up from our car, and was waiting for us after we picked our baggage up after our flight. The instructions for where the shuttle would be were very clear. Driver was very friendly. Shuttle was clean. I felt that my car was safe parked in their parking ramp.

Bonus points ... My husband forgot his phone in our car pre-flight, and the driver kindly let him take the shuttle back to it, pick up the phone, and then dropped him off near us. Also, I lost my parking receipt so I forgot exactly where we parked our car, so he drove around until we found it.

Excellent service and pickup at the airport were amazingly fast. The drivers were amazing, professional, courteous and friendly. I had a flat tire when I rode out of the parking spot and turned around, however the parking spot staff were unable to assist me and directed me to a gas station nearby to put air in my flat tire. My only suggestion would be that the parking spot would have an air pump in your facility to assist the customers oppose to have to drive to a gas station. Thank you otherwise I will continue to park at the parking spot.
