My experience with Parking Spot 2 was great. It was very easy to find, and the whole process was quick and smooth. I scanned the code and found a parking spot right away. As soon as I parked, there was already a shuttle bus driver ready to pick me up, which made getting to the airport super convenient.

I never have any issues when I use TPS. Parking is easy and the wait time for a shuttle is never more than 5-8 mins (that's leaving parking going to the airport as well as returning to parking from the airport). The shuttle drivers as well as the people who work the check-in & check-out lanes are always nice and helpful!

The Parking Spot South team is friendly and cheerful - both at the gate and the drivers. We like that we can see our luggage while we are stopping at the various terminals. The frequency of the shuttles for pick-up is great. We've never waited more than 10 minutes. We appreciate that the drivers take our luggage and load it into the racks as well as unloading when we return.

The wait times for pick up at the lot and airport is very reasonable. We really appreciate the driver giving us a pickup location card, this is super for the return to the lot. Help with luggage from most drivers always is always rewarded with a tip, no help gets no tip. Lot number three is our preferred lot and we appreciate the ability to make a reservation knowing many times this lot fills up.
