Simple, professianal, efficient, fair prices.
EZ- book on line! Great staff and reliable service. Thank you!
Easy to make reservations, very clean.
Using the App and pre paying driving up and getting a covered spot as promised. And the pick up from the terminal we waited about 10 minutes for the North lot bus. Very smooth and easy. Thank you as coming back from. A vacation was pleasant
Reliable
Friendly people
You are always there for me
Easy to get in and out of the airport and airport area. Multiple shuttles and little wait time. Thanks guys!
Easy in, easy out. Friendly drivers. No muss, no fuss. Very convenient and a value when traveling. My sister used the Love Field services this week per my suggestion.
Convenient.
Very nice drivers and prompt buses
Shuttle service to the airport from The Parking Spot not only saves money on parking but also navigating the airport, struggling with bags across the parking lot, and stressing about getting to the airport early enough. The Parking Spot regularly offers discount codes to make it even more affordable. I can’t recommend it enough.
Felled t service
Pre-registration went well, Entry into parking lot went well. But on exit from the lot, the code reader wouldn't take my credit card so I needed help from the attendant. Aside from that it went very well
Great service
Easy and affordable
Good price and good service
Convenient location, friendly staff and drivers!
Convenient
The ease of scheduling, the discount, the door to door shuttle
Tony's team does a excellent job
Easy. Friendly staff
Shittles are on time ana frequent. I booked basic this time and didn't çare for that as much as the old pick up in the parking lot spaces
Prices are reasonable but the reason why is that you offer corporate discounts/Southwest Airlines/. Which is truly appreciated.
Staff are consistently friendly and professional which is so appreciated on travel days. Always timely buses too
Very convenient to get in & out and set up appointment online.
The drivers are so much nicer and more helpful than at the Parking Spot 2. I like that it’s closer to the airport and the shuttles seem to get to you faster than in the PS2.
Nice and competent people and really great service
Easy shuttle service to and from the airport.
The pick up was timely…both ways! This was our first experience and we would do it again!!
