I was very happy that the driver at the time ensured me that I was in the right spot. I wasn't quite understanding the message I received when I scanned my QR code - something about parking in the uncovered area, and I wasn't sure which way I was supposed to drive, etc. but it all worked out.
The app was Very easy to use, efficient and the driver was there ready for us and we didn't have to make phone calls or wait for them to come get us from the airport like the other service we have used.

We reserved the spot on-line and prepaid and were very happy with the cost of the long-term parking. The location is very convenient from our house, and it is easy to find. The bus came to our car almost before we had time to open the trunk. The driver was friendly and helpful.
Upon our return to BWI after 2 weeks and getting our luggage, we went to get the bus and saw that it was right outside waiting. The level of service was excellent.

So many wonderful things to say about the Parking Spot South! The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful! I don’t think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes at my vehicle to get picked up by the shuttle and no more than 10 minutes waiting for the shuttle at the airport! The staff really make utilizing their parking area so seamless! I would gladly recommend any and all my friends and colleagues to use the Parking Spot South for their DFW parking needs! Thanks!
