Friendly and safe

The wait times for pick up at the lot and airport is very reasonable. We really appreciate the driver giving us a pickup location card, this is super for the return to the lot. Help with luggage from most drivers always is always rewarded with a tip, no help gets no tip. Lot number three is our preferred lot and we appreciate the ability to make a reservation knowing many times this lot fills up.

Prompt bus pick up. Communication between the dispatchers and shuttle drivers is excellent. Once you enter the gate, drivers are told whick parking area and how many clients are waiting. This system is executed well.
