It was EASY ! I've never used your service before, but was impressed with the great app, the easy communication through email and texts and the simplicity of the process. Plus, the staffers I interacted with were friendly and very helpful - and the process was smooth enough that there aren't a lot of interactions necessary but I was a first-timer. I will DEFINITELY repeat using this service for longer trips.

The shuttle service upon arrival to the Parking Spot East was readily available at my spot upon parking. The driver was courteous and very helpful in getting us loaded and the "full shuttle" of other passengers and luggage. The driver communicated clearly and was very personable and friendly with all passengers, especially the two families with little ones.

They make it very easy. Park your car. The shuttle is there to drop you at airport. On the return back they track you as you arrive at shuttle area. Shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes.
