I was quoted a price online but when I went to check out it was higher. Sean from the company called me and agree to reduce the price to my quoted price. Very few companies care that much to follow up on a complaint but Parking Spot did, and for that I will be a continuing customer. Its nice to know you are important to a company. Its the only place I know but its convenient and The Parking Spot is user friendly all the way from the location through to the app.
On my first and so far only use of the CLT (or any other airport) facility, all went like clockwork. Booking, location, pickup, tracking of shuttle, efficiency and demeanor of drivers, payment of tip on app, location of car on return being found by driver, etc... all get high marks.
My only negative note might be that parking spaces are fairly narrow. I took care in parking my smaller car.
