The entry process was effortless using the QR code from my initial reservation. The shuttle was at my location almost immediately and the trip to the airport was very quick.

Easy parking. But I did not like when I was about ready to exit, I couldn’t get on the app to prove that I had prepaid. Luckily, the young man attended, could do a manual check to see if I paid which he did see that I paid. That’s pretty frustrating when you’re been flying and being at a airports for over 18 hours.

When I arrive back at LAX the shuttle driver scans my ticket and my car is waiting when I arrive back at the parking structure. They help me with my luggage offer me a bottle of water and I am on my way .
