Easy in and easy out.
Easy to find the parking ramp just off of 494. Checking in with the QR code was quick and easy. Easy to find a parking spot inside the ramp. Shuttle came quickly and dropped us off in a covered/sheltered area next to the building. Driver gave us a card with all the information needed when we returned, Shuttle was waiting for us when we came back and brought us right to our car. The whole process couldn't have been easier.

The Parking Spot staff were fantastic when my nearly new vehicle wouldn’t start at the end of its 2 week stay. I wasn’t charged for the extra day it took for me to get towing services in place. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend The Parking Spot.

Shuttles are always waiting and ready to get people from the lot to the airport. I have never had a safety or security issue with the lot, which is a relief considering all the issues with the public airport lots. Staff is friendly and courteous and they give a military discount.
Like Parknfly oakland as it is really close to the airport, and they seem to have more pickup vans than other companies, which is why I switched to using them. Everything worked out great last two trips.

It is so convenient to drive up, leave your car and take the shuttle directly to the terminal. When you arrive back to pick up your car it is ready at the office with engine running and you are immediately ready to take off. Thank you The Parking Spot!!!
