It was so easy to schedule a parking spot ahead of time and know that it would be available. The driver was courteous, and I didn’t need to wait more than a couple of minutes to return to the Parking Spot after my trip.

The "TPS Parking Man" manager at the EAST Parking Spot near the AUSTIN-BERGSTROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT was extremely helpful with our situation on the 8th of May 2026.We are so grateful he was able to solve the problem without having my husband come all the way from Victoria, TX. I am more than satisfied with his willingness to help us in our time of need.
I've been using this facility for over five years. I have family and grandchildren I need to fly out to see and having this option of leaving my car at the East Parking Spot has made my life a lot easier. Parking Spot 3 is a convenient, moderately priced parking alternative for longer itineraries. We use the facility whenever we will be out of town for up to two weeks. The service is efficient and friendly. The facility was recommended to us by the husband of one of our daughters who flies quite frequently for relatively short stays out of the area. We have since recommended Spot 3 others.
