The greeter was great when arriving at parking spot north for our trip, we easily found a spot in our booked area. The shuttle arrived quick and driver was helpful and got us to our correct terminal. Upon arrival the app said we had to call but then the shuttle just showed up anyway. Other than that that the app was easy to use and overall highly recommend!

We came home after a major snow and ice storm and our driver (CJ) dug us out of the parking spot. This was no easy feat. First he had to dig out the car doors so my husband could get in and turn on the car. Then he had to help me get over a huge pile of snow and ice just to get into the car. I am scheduled for back surgery and my husband is 84 years old, so we were no help at all. He worked on our car for at least an hour and then pushed us out. Not only was he helpful, kind, and a very nice person, he was not leaving anyone on our shuttle stranded. Ours was not the first car, nor was it the last on his run. I cannot think of any other person or company that would go to this extent.

Our flight had been cancelled and we were booked on a much later flight and we were not charged for the extra hours we remained in The Parking Spot North. We will always use The Parking Spot North and we will always recommend them to our friends and family.

I will also never travel in the winter again without a pair of boots in the trunk of the car-LOL.

When the van driver droped me off, my car was there waiting for me.

Quick and easy

The location to Newark airport is great. Shuttles are quick. This last time the temperature was extremely cold and the shuttle came in less than 5 minutes! All the employees are always friendly. With the storm we had the day before we returned, our car was clean and all employees were great, even though I am sure they all had put in long days.

Vans are timely. I like that I could track its location when I was at the airport waiting

We had a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was a breeze from parking to shuttle to drop off and pick up. The staff was very nice and helpful. We happened to arrive immediately following an ice and snow storm. They even helped dig us out and provided the necessary tools.

Convient

On our list trip, due to cold winter weather, our battery would not turn over. A driver with a jump box arrived in less than two minutes to help.
He then came back as we were warming up the car to make sure we didn't need a warm place to wait.
