When we were leaving on Jan 5 I had trouble with my credit card at the exit. The gentleman who was at the gate tried to help me and called his superior. Then I saw an older gentleman walking with his cane over to the exit we were at. Bless his heart! took him a while to walk over but he was the man for us. He went to the computer and next thing I know we were fine. He had fixed the problem!
WE do so appreciate the kindness and understanding we received. The drivers and everyone have been great! Give them all a raise!!!!!

Shuttles are always timely. Wait times are always minimal, with maybe 5 minutes the longest I've ever waited. Drivers are always super courteous.
