Convenient and Great people providing service. However for the first time the
scanner system that operates the gates failed. Additonally the system wanted to
bill me for covered when I only hade uncovered. Gratefully the attendant straightened
the error out expeditiously.
As always, The Parking Spot did not disappoint! We had a very early flight ie at parking spot 3:00am and a very late flight returning to PIT ie 2:00am. On both occassions, the van was there waiting to pick us up which was outstanding given the current airport delays. I will continue to utilize the parking spot over any other venue!
I love using the parking spot because I know it’s safe to leave my vehicle. The only complaint I have is using these scanners the second one for uncovered parking. I have to get out of my vehicle to use my phone because unfortunately with my arm it doesn’t stretch.

Easy to make a reservation online. Shuttle bus to pick us up was waiting for us and quickly delivered us to the airport. Shuttle home was good as well. Liked the covered parking as it was very hot and sunny while we were gone.
Always great but a little problem this time. First app says to wait for pickup at door 8 red curb. The shuttle stopped closer to door 7 and was full before we got there. About 20 minutes later a second shuttle came again stopped closer to door 7 and only reason we got on was some younger people let us old folks on. Lots of people waiting and they said only 2 shuttles running. That is why I did not give a 10.
