Very helpful - timely
Drivers are top notch
Very easy to park and ride right to the terminal. When we return they pick us up and take us right to our car. That’s as easy as it can be. Very little waiting. No fighting traffic. No having to navigate to and from the airport terminal. The Spot takes care of everything for us. And our car is under cover so we don’t worry about hailstorms.
Pick up and drop off is always very quick, shuttle drivers and gate Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I take advantage of their promotions and reserve my spots ahead of time for my future travels.
Your drivers are careful on the road and very attentive and helpful to women traveling alone. I appreciate the fact that they place my luggage inside the trunk of my car and an happy to tip them for that.
Everything ….

We never have to wait very long for a shuttle to be available either to or from the airport. The drivers are always pleasant and helpful with our bags.
My car battery was dead after being parked for two weeks. The attendant at the Parking Spot got my car running. Appreciate their assistance.
