It was def packed! It was my first time to do this on my own and everyone was super helpful and very kind in guiding me! The shuttle drivers were extremely kind too! Hec the one guy waited on me to run back and forth like 3 times to my car! Def recommend so you dont have to navigate through all the construction!

This was my first time using "The Parking Spot" and it was a seamless experience. I'm naturally an anxious traveler that will spend extra money on rideshare services just to avoid any hassle. My friend recommended this company and so I gave it a try. As a first-time user, the app was simple and easy to navigate. The lot was extremely easy to get to, access with my QR code, and find an open spot. The shuttle was speedy and service was very friendly. I will definitely use this service when flying out of Midway in the future!
