The convenience, customer service of the drivers, frequency of the arrival and departure of the shuttles, I’ve used the service several different times and the shuttles are always clean. The inside. Temperature is always appropriate for the outside temperature. I really like the fact that when I travel, I don’t have to search the airport parking lot for my vehicle. The shuttle picks me up and drops me off right at my vehicle.

This was my first experience, and everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. My experience was very good!

Service is always excellent. Shuttles are dispatched around the clock, so I'm never waiting for more than 5 or 10 minutes. The shuttles are clean and the drivers are helpful. I love that you're offering more discounts because paying for parking can get quite expensive, but getting a discount helps out greatly.

The shuttle van drivers were both so professional and helpful. And it was a great service for the price. Piece of mind since we left our vehicle for a week. The app was convenient too

The shuttle is right there when you park your car. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes to be picked up at airport on way home. Driver is always helpful with luggage.

The easiest way to park at the airport. Pull in, park your car and the shuttle picks you up at your car. The drivers put your luggage on the shuttle and drop you off at the airport terminal. When we have returned, many times the shuttle is already at the airport to take us back to our car. The drivers are awesome. Putting your luggage right in your car and even help clear the snow off your car if needed in the winter. The only place we park.

Every employee is always upbeat and professional and personable. The van shows up right behind me when I park. The van is usually there at the terminal when I walk out. Sometimes it does take 5-10 mins but that’s rare. The app actually works to book and to “find my shuttle”. The price is reasonable and fair. It’s my go to service and I have recommended them to others across the country. I do wish they would go back to FLL and wouldn’t it be great if they would somehow go to HPN

Good location. Easy in and out with a well functioning browser. The customer experience is very positive throughout.

However, the wait for the shuttle is fairly long at start and end. That could definitely be improved. It appears that the P6 shuttle is much more frequent.
