The Parking Spot provides excellent service. You can schedule online easily. They allow you to select your cover or uncover parking spot when you arrive. The van that takes you to the airport picks you up right at your car and helps with your suitcases. When returning the process is as easy. Payment is quick and easy as you leave.

I love having a reliable and reasonably affordable place to park my car when I travel! I am always very grateful for the shuttle as well and especially how it’s always so quick to arrive!

Very efficient and so much more convenient than navigating BNA parking. Better pricing than BNA, help with luggage and drop off right at my ticket area. All employees were so courteous!

I like the driver's and how quickly they are there to deliver you or pick you up. The App works but not as user friendly as I thought. I can not use the option to find my driver when returning to airport.

Staff clearly explained pick up site location . Pick up was quick. Taken to our vehicle and staff brought our luggage to vehicle site. All staff was courteous and attentive!!

Everyone is friendly, cordial and professional. The self checkout for some reason closed as we were attempting to pay. Within seconds, the attendant came out of his booth and helped to complete the transaction. The driver brought our bags from the van to our vehicle.

Very nice and secure parking . People were very helpful and courteous. When we called on our return they were there to pick us up in about 5 minutes. At the parking area our car was ready for us. Excellent service very definitely will park with them again.
