In years past, I've always appreciated ease about booking and parking at the Parking Spot. This time, I booked under premium covered parking. After pick up, I was questioning the value....we still had to ride around the lot and pick up people. Also, the air on the bus wasn't working, which is not fun July 11 in humid Kansas City. I wasn't sure what was so premium about this. The row they had me go down (1) was very limited to parking on an inside spot.....one side of that row is open to the elements. Not fun to pay for covered and then come back to a car that is all spotted from weather coming in on half of my car. The return from my trip was better. An afternoon arrival on July 21 and the air was working on that bus. And I guess the premium aspect made sense with me being able to depart much earlier. One bad experience - I had very heavy luggage and count on the drivers loading and unloading for me. However, neither driver was forthcoming with getting my luggage. They did, but it felt like an imposition.

I gave a score of 9 because it has been a very good service in trips past (I think I utilize a couple times/year the past 20+ years). But if I have similar experience next time, I'll figure out something else for future trips.

I also want to acknowledge the year friendly mobile app. It is easy, simple to use and easy to check-in or checkout. There are people actually that actually answered the phone when I called for assistance

We arrived back from a flight to Kansas City grab the shuttle to the parking spot much to my dismay. I had a flat tire. I called the office and they sent out one of their bus drivers CALEB and he changed my tire for me pulled all the stuff out of the trunk brought us two waters and was very courteous. You need more employees like that. Thanks again for helping me out.

Thank you for improving the pick up time once I parked my car. Compared to my long wait last time, the driver was dispatched quickly for pickup. The driver was very friendly too.

I also liked how the bus was waiting at the terminal c pickup location. Thats been much better as well.

I appreciate the improvements.
