Friendly staff, frequent shuttles, clean,
Very convenient and very easy to get to and from the airport.
It is very convenience and the shuttles are quick on response time. I am never waiting too long for a shuttle.
Polite and helpful drivers- car is safe and secure while away
The staff is always friendly! They help me bring in and take out my bags. I’ve been coming to Parking Spot East since it opened and will continue to do so. Even though the driver can be late sometimes, they always apologize and explain why. I like honesty. Truly value it.
Easy to get to, quick shuttles, fair price
I know you now have tiers of service. The tier is whether or not you will pick me up and drop me off at my car. I typically go away for 14 to 20 days, leaving my car in your lot. You're asking me to pay extra every day that I'm parked there, every though you only pick me up once and drop me off once!!!

Everything
Most convenient and stress free means to get to and from LAX.
We park at Parking Spot Sepulveda at least 10 times per year. It’s convenient in its location and shuttle to LAX. Parking spaces are generally wide and plentiful. But I’d suggest use the available discounts as it is expensive there versus other parking options in the area.
Covered parking. Easy to make reservations.
Convenience, fast shuttles, friendly drivers.
