Extremely easy
We are pleased with the services provided by the Parking Spot in general however the shuttle takes too long to pick up in valet! We were in a rush and the valet contacted shuttle to let them know. The shuttle was in our view and still did not pick us up . Another shuttle came from elsewhere on the property and a second communication from valet.

Very easy to park and find an available spot. The shuttles run very often and the drivers are great with getting to and from your stops.

Reliably great! I landed and found that there was a long line - apparently it was a popular time for landings - but before you know it multiple Parking Spot buses were there figuring out how to get everyone to their cars. Two thumbs up!!

Thank you for providing free bottles of water on exit from the parking spot. It is almost impossible to open the refrigerator and grab bottles from the driver side of the car. Please enable the attendant to provide bottles on request. for exits with no attendants, please stand water bottles vertically close to the door, so they are reachable.

I like the fact that I can book a few months ahead and get a great rate compared to parking at the airport itself. Very quick pickup and delivery. It allows us to easily fly out of Charlotte when the American Airlines ticket prices are better than flying out of Tri-Cities on Delta.

Easy in and out with the app and courteous and prompt shuttle service.
It's a convenient location, it's cheaper than the airport, the shuttles are always around with no more than a 15 min wait even during the busiest times for travel and traffic. I always do self park so I can't speak for valet but I like it. I will say that the spots are a little tight if you have a larger vehicle which is scary since people can be careless with their doors but otherwise I like it and always tell people to park there for their Newark trips.

The drivers are fast and efficient. I also love the bus itself because the colors make it easy to see in a crowded lot of similar vehicles.
Great service and great staff
No hassle, no need to remember where I parked, no getting my bags from the parking garage to the check-in area, can book and pay online and just drive into and out of the lot without hassle. On the way out, there are bottles of water available for your drive home. Employees are pleasant and ready to help. It's just a very good solution to the problem of airport parking.
