Parking is easy especially using the app. Appreciate having someone at the entrance gate to guide me to an open parking spot. Drivers on both shuttles were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival into DFW, there is hardly any wait for the return shuttle.

I liked parking at the Parking Spot. The price was good compared yo airport. Shuttle was good and fast.
The shuttles seem to be always available when picking up in the parking lot/garage even at very odd hours. Prices are good especially if one books early. I would like there to be a shuttle at Terminal 1/A at STL instead of having to call for one when I return.
