Quick pick up both ways. Vehicle is safe. Friendly and helpful employees.
Drivers are awesome (courteous, positive, attentive), facilities are nice and extensive, and I never have to wait long to be picked up (going to and from airport). I also like that they allow you to enter the lot earlier than your scheduled time if needed.
Very convenient and friendly service. I'm from Canada and will use again next time I go on vacation out of New York.

Location - it's so close to the terminals that I feel less likely to have any delays.

Quick and efficient. I like having covered parking. Shuttles are pretty quick as well. One thing I didn't like was I paid for Covered Parking and she sent me to uncovered. I had to drive all the way back to get a new assignment so they would know where to pick me up.

The buses were ready to go at 4:00 am, everyone was friendly and the pickup when we returned was excellent. Easy in, easy out. The hardest part was finding the actual location.

Fast and convenient. The expansion of the extra wide covered parking was a big positive for me. There was a period where the buses were taking a long time to leave the lot and being stuffed full. This trend has seemed to fix itself.
