Picking me up at my car

The shuttle services have greatly improved. When I take early morning flights (before 6 am) I can count on not having to wait for a shuttle too long. Upon return they have been available as well. The drivers have been courteous and helpful.

The covinient rotation of buses to and from the airport. The bus drivers are very cordial and helpful as well as the gate attendant at the Parking Spot facility.

Easy entrance check-in, access to Parking Spot 3. Ease of making a reservation. Quick check out by scanning QR code. Shuttle to and from airport, just a short wait for picckup.
One thing not happy with is that on our late trip the driver that took us to the terminal on March 9, 2024 neglected to give us a card identifying our parking spot which made it inconvenient to find our car upon return. Driver on March 16, 2024 did her best to locate our car after a 15 minute tour of the lot.
Also like that points are earned each time we park that can be used for free parking on our next use..

Always excellent service from the Parking Spot 2 but Jack K. on our return trip was amazing! He was friendly and hard working, he was so helpful with our bags as we had four of them. He truly cares about his job and the customers of Parking Spot 2.
