Wonderful Parking
I almost gave you a zero, but not for the reason you might think. On a couple of occasions, you were full, so adding more customers would make it even harder. I am retired Delta so I usually fly standby and cannot plan far enough in advance to secure a parking spot. But all that being said, you have many exceptional drivers. I always tip, but for them, I over tip. Their personalities are genuine and make the ride to and from the terminal truly enjoyable. They honestly care about the customer. I am close to top level based on days parked and already have a couple 2-3 week trips planned (parking costs me more than the flight) so I hope to meet that level soon. Bottom line...you guys are good.
