Great service, available shuttles. Really enjoyable
I made my reservation in advance and got a good rate. Got picked up and dropped off at my vehicle with no issues. Driver was nice and polite. Will always park here when traveling.
Easy to book
It’s a short drive to the airport . The shuttles don’t make big banging sounds from the luggage racks it’s fairly quiet . But the shuttles could use more central air
You folks are the most friendly and helpful. I wouldn't ever think of changing. I can breeze in, find help in parking and get shuttled to the airport.

I like the convenience of the shuttle. But I don’t like going through the whole lot looking for pickups I just have to know that there is extra time now going through the whole lot and that is a little annoying.

Location, service, and timeliness
On the way back I realized that I lost my keys on my way to Colombia. The driver was so nice. She let me open up my suitcases and dump everything out on the bus and once we realized I didn’t them she offered up the employee break room for me and my son to wait until help arrived. She is an older white lady with shoulder length brown hair and she wears glasses. She is out of the Parking Spot North location near DFW airport. Please tell her that my son and I thanks her. It was 2 am and she made sure that we were safe and we were even welcomed to the coffee and hot chocolate.
Lower prices near the airport. Sales prices often.
Convenient pickup and drop off both directions. The specials make it more affordable to have your car covered. Most of my experience with the staff has been good.
We really like parking at The Parking Spot. I'm a Gold member and get great deals. Our transportation to/from the airport is usually very prompt and drivers very cordial.

While my stay at the parking spot 2 was a disaster (waiting 40 minutes in the heat for a shuttle), Tracy was awesome with her customer service. She told me that my experience was unacceptable, resolved my issues and told me what to do if this ever happens again
