We had booked premium covered parking. The attendant directed us to the area, but we waited and waited and no buses every showed up. We finally just went back to the front and followed the signs to the regular covered parking area.

This was our first time booking premium and can only assume the attendant never sent a bus for us.

Using the Parking Spot App makes it very easy to book a reservation. The shuttle service is top notch with little to no wait time.
