Easy!

Having a van waiting as I pull into the parking lot or exiting the airport after traveling and getting right on with out waiting has been excellent. We traveled twice since May and experienced this both times. Also receiving a cold bottle of water as we leave the parking lot was a nice gesture. Keep up the good work, we will be back.

Customer service was lacking at drop off, but was excellent at pick up. Will always pay the extra for valet parking. I was met at the shuttle with a cold bottle of water and my car waiting with the air blasting. Excellent!

We very much like to park at the Spot. It's cheaper and the busses are reliable.

Great app! Easy to navigate to make reservations. Easy access to the parking area from the main road. Easy in and out of the parking area using the app, even payment accepted using your phone.

Fast and friendly. Always a van waiting to take me to the terminal. Help with luggage. I like when you are returning and they bring your luggage to your car and put it in the car - although this didn’t happen every time. I wish it did.
