Ease of parking. The Shuttle is usually right there to take us to airport. However last time we waited over 10 minutes to get shuttle From the airport.
On time
Our flight was canceled due to an upcoming winter snowstorm, we rescheduled for a day earlier to avoid the snowstorm. when calling to adjust our reservation they charged our credit card for a whole new reservation fee instead of just charging us for an additional day. We had already prepaid for our reservation. The manager was very helpful and credited our account.

When parking was picked up right away, like the bus was 2 rows over. Only waited 10-15 minutes for pick up. Good first time experience.

The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The person bringing us back to our car was so joyful made me happy to be back home. It was easy to reserve online and QR code to check in and out. we found a space easily and didn't wait long for the shuttle at both departure and arrival. Great job!
