I enjoy the ease to enter and exit using the app. I like it when the drivers have their tip QR code posted on the bus. Not all drivers seem to have them though. When I was picked up at the lot on the morning of September 29th, there wasn't an option posted and I don't carry small cash with me.

Takes the stress out of airport parking. BDL parking spaces can be very far away and I have very early flights. I don't like being in the dark in those areas and having to walk long distances, depending on where I park. Parking Spot makes me feel safer. And they are there for me, even at 3:30 am!

Your staff is efficient, kind, and always makes sure that I am dropped off and picked up on time. The drivers in the self-park lot are extremely helpful. My car is well-tended in my absences.

Would highly recommend the services. Easy to get to and you park your car, ride the shuttle directly to the airport. Prompt service and the shuttle takes you back upon your return
