The process of checking in for my reservation went very smoothly. The driver showed up very quickly & assisted with my larger bag. She was also very courteous. Since I had estimated my return much later than I actually arrived, my estimated charges were higher. I am a RETIRED Flight Attendant and fly space available so I have to estimate my return. Since I opted to pay upon my return, I learned that I HAVE to check out with the ATTENDANT to receive my airline discount & make any adjustments to my bill. I had already paid when I checked out this visit & learned there are NO REFUNDS or exceptions. Other than this issue, my experience with The Parking Spot was an excellent experience! Thank you for your qualified drivers!

I always use the Parking Spot because their staff is always friendly, and they are very efficient.

Fast and easy pickup from the lot to the airport with no delays. I love that the drivers load and unload your bags, and the pickup location is right next to your vehicle. It's a very convenient service and truly a first-class operation. I highly recommend it!

Lots of buses speed to the airport very convenient. It would be good to upgrade the air conditioning in the buses for summer.

Convenient and priced right.

Safe parking, quick transport to and from airport, friendly staff, bottle of water when leaving. Had an issue with changing times online. Chris called me and rectified situation.

Great service, but DFW airport needs to more pick up locations due to ongoing construction. My last flight arrived at Gate C-39 and the ONLY pick up location was C-3.

Very convenient

Easy entry. Easy to find tour aisle. Bus was there waiting. Nice. Driver very helpful. We were delayed a day on the return and couldn’t get car til following day. You were helpful with us picking up our vehicle. Letting us in and making sure all was good to get to our car.
