Shuttle service was friendly and timely. QR codes were easy to use on entry and exit.
Quick service and quick shuttle available when arriving at the airport. Not like the rental car buses, which you have to wait, sometimes 30 minutes or longer.

Ease of reservation low cost
I like that the main location is very close to BWI and free shuttle bus with good drivers.
It was simple to book and easy to travel too. The prices were fair, and we had no problems getting picked up and dropped off this time. We were able to get a shuttle quickly, within 5 minutes of our arrival at the parking lot, and again upon our return from baggage claim.
