I like that the service is so prompt. There is generally no waiting time, when I go and retrieve my luggage and proceed to the bus stop, the bus is usually already there waiting. I like that they offer you a bottle of water when you return.

Service Drop-offs and Pick-ups were timely and the staff / drivers were friendly. However, for a week-long park, it is expensive. There should be a rate reduction or sliding scale for a multiple day park.

I love the app. I also love the fact that planes don't always take off and land like they say and whenever I have had a slight change and exited later than planned, you don't nichol and dime the customer. I do wish when a trip comes up last min, I wasn't gouged as much for parking as a loyal customer, there should be a max per day that is reasonable.

We had reservations to park at Hobby at The Parking Spot. It was so nice to be able to drive in, given a spot under cover. Plus, the bus picked us up, drove us and a few other couples straight to Hobby Airport. Gave us a card to call if we needed to when we returned, so they could pick us up. Everyone was so helpful. Price was right plus we just enjoyed The Parking Spot so much better than dealing with the parking the airport supplied which the last couple of times has not been the best. We definitely would recommend The Parking Spot over any parking services the airport supplies and charging so much more. We definitely liked our experience. Thank you!
