I liked the speed of pickup at the parking area. The bus came directly to my car and the driver assisted me with my luggage. I do think I needed better direction on how to pickup the return bus.

Quick pick=up, even late at night - good rates for covered, drivers are courteous and helpful. Really miss the water though, I know with self check=out its difficult.
