The cost of parking with you was 1/2 of what CLT airport charges. The parking lot was well lit and seemed very secure. The shuttle bus picked me up at my vehicle in less than 60 seconds of me parking. I was dropped off at my vehicle upon return. I waited less than 5 mins at the terminal to be picked up. The shuttle drivers were very professional and helped with luggage. 10/10 will be using this service again and will recommend to anyone looking for affordable airport parking. Very great job. I found this company based off of a recommendation from a family member. Five stars.

Everything was easy about our experience. The app is easy to use, check in to park is quick and easy, and the shuttle bus was clean and prompt.

Very good service. Busses are a little small , which resulted in having to wait a bit longer to get back to our vehicle as the bus filled up quickly. This is not Parking Spots fault as there will always be busy times. Still would only use your service when flying out of Charlotte. Drivers are all very courteous and professional

I was really impressed with the customer service at The Parking Spot. We had an issue with our premium covered parking and I gave some feedback regarding my experience. I was immediately contacted by a manager and the situation was corrected. In this day and age, where you often have to go through many hoops to talk to someone in person, it was really refreshing to get a phone call and have the situation resolved within minutes.
I plan on parking there on my next trip to Atlanta airport
