Efficient and friendly
I like the app and being able to reserve and pay online. I will mention that I paid for uncovered parking and Waze took me the covered parking area so I had to back up all the way to the street. It would be helpful to have covered and uncovered parking clearly marked. We arrived to the Spot at midnight and we told to park on isle 25 and the shuttle did not come for us we had to walk to the end of the isle to be seen. Overall it is easy and very convenient and I will recommend it to everyone.
I swore after the last time I wouldn't use the south lot again. But then I did and everything was better this time. It seems the road construction is slowly improving around DFW.
We were very please with the Parking Spot North. Very easy access and the shuttle teams were amazing and took care of us. Very fast pick up from our car. It was raining the morning we got there and they picked us up quickly and got us to the airport. We were very pleased. Will definitely use them again.
We appreciate how nice all the employees are and there to help loading and unloading luggage. We like paying in advance.
