The pick up and drop off service was excellent.
i had got back in town from a trip that was delayed and the checkout had more than doubled my charges and it kept saying i was at the wrong lot to get out. Kirk at the window went above and beyond to help me. Just having left a trip where my flight was delayed because of weather and frustrated it was nice to have someone to take care of a problem and out in the work research to help me understand. traveling has it ups and downs but it nice to know that there are still people that like their job and are helpful.
