Easy to get in and out of. I especially like that there is generally a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport when I park my car. The app makes it easy to make reservations and the staff is always nice. I would like faster shuttle service after 10 pm but always one around earlier in the day.

Easy in and out. Timely shuttle. The attendant on duty on Saturday, October 3, at around 6:30 pm was very friendly and helpful which we appreciated after a long day of travel to get back home to Houston.

Only one thing that bothered me since it was an obvious error on my part but I think should have been given consideration...Apparently when modifying my reservation online since I would be returning later...I clicked on 12am for my return return rather than 11:59 pm. I was charged for a full day extra because of it. I returned close to midnight on my return date.
I called in and it was an obvious error. But no considerationn was given. It may be helpful to have customers input their flight schedules on their reservation.
