Timely pickups going and coming. Only complaint is lack of temporary directions and signs around highway and entering. Very confusing. Hopefully construction is done by late April for us

Everything was great, especially the driver helping with luggage. One area of improvement might have been better timing of bus reaching the airport. It was really cold that night and missed the bus as we were coming out of the building. Had to wait in the cold for quite a few minutes for the next one to show up.

I love the door-to-door service from the car to the airport and then back to my car.
The drivers are courteous and helpful with luggage, never asking for a tip. All of the extras are a nice touch such as the bottle of water when checking out.

+H2O at exit - nice touch. Baby waters in a cooler on the bus might be appreciated even more.
Departure water It may: 1) lubricate tips 2) hydrate travelers who have purged liquids in advance to fly. 3) Plant a positive seedling for future business.

Impromptu trip reservation blocked by app within 1 hr window- totally understand - but forewarning would have prevented more wasted time trying until finally finding out why it wasn’t working.

Constructive - Delays waiting for pick up from inside the parking lot to airport for departure has been more frequent, longer and a bit unsettling. ( esp since we understand there will be multiple stops in route.)
Travelers need very little time from entering your lot to exiting parked car w luggage… we are there and ready to go.
Waiting in the lot (-w- company) of other travelers dotted up the row is taking noticeably longer than it was in the past. Still love you - but cutting bus driver route frequency not a +.
