You can't beat the Parking Spot for parking at IAH. You can reserve a your spot months in advance. You can choose covered or not. When using their App it so easy, when you arrive just scan the code they gave when you reserved your spot and your told where to park so the bus can pick you up.
When you come back it's easy just catch the Parking Spot bus for your parking area, hand the driver your ticket that has your parking area and numbered slot. The bus drops you off behind your vehicle. Then proceed to the exit to pay and leave.
I like the covered parking so my vehicle is out of the weather and I don't have to fight any rain or extreme heat issues.

An old black woman was sitting on hr suitcase by her car. I saw a Parking Spot drive ask her if she was ok. She said yes, that she was waiting for a tow truck to help her get her car open. It was over 100 degrees, he gave her a bottle of water, asked if she needed anything else and drove off. That is exceptional service and thats why I will come back

I arrived at the Atlanta airport at nearly midnight.. A driver for Park Plus was waiting but seeing how many people were waiting for FLY, he called dispatch and switched and loaded a bus full for Park Fly. I love that he was aware enough to recognize that it was late and we just all wanted to get to our car. He was so kind.

Parking Spot West is easy to navigate, especially with the help of friendly employees manning the entrance. Drivers were waiting for us and service to and from the airport was prompt.

However, the shuttles are looking shabby. I know the road conditions are not great, but the bumpy ride is painful.

Quick and convenient from the terminal to our car. I love the app that shows where the shuttles are so I don't have to strain to look around other shuttles. It's great the I can pay ahead of time and just show the QR code on the way and and on the way out. Also the drivers were very helpful on our last trip. We normally travel very light but this time was cross country and bringing our golf clubs which is a hassle. The drivers, both coming and going, were a great help getting everything on and off the shuttle. I will continue to use the Parking Spot as long as I live in the Charlotte area.

I really like your facility and your drivers are very compassionate, eager to help and customer service oriented. Sometimes I forget to have cash with me to tip them and would like a way to do that. I noticed some other companies have QR codes for tipping etc. that would be helpful for those customers who don’t carry cash but want to express their thanks with a tip.

This is always our number one parking spot. Never had issues, the car is always in the same shape we left it, pick up and drop off vans always available/on time, and all the drivers are phenomenal, very friendly and helpful.
