Your location was easy to find. I like the shuttle service. Drivers were friendly and courteous.
Very easy to reserve and park; easy to get back to the car when we return. Great door to door service (car door, that is)!
I love being able to park and the shuttle comes right to you and your car, and then they help you with your bags. I've used your services several times now, and the Parking Spot drivers have all been very helpful and friendly.
I've used another parking service where you have to go to the nearest shuttle stop, which can add more stress trying to get to your flight or when trying to get back home. Especially when you're parked the farthest away from the stop.
I wasn’t going to park my car at the airport, but my uber cancelled on me and the last option I had was driving to the airport. In a pinch, you guys came thru. Service was great (as always). I appreciate your service and will continue to use you!
Thank you,
Rich
Proximity to the airport is very good. A couple of things were an issue with our arrival - the van is definitely in need of service, the rear shocks were near unresponsive and slammed us every time we went over a bump, and unfortunately the driver went to the Century lot instead of the Sepulveda lot. This was a bummer of a mistake when it's already 11:30pm and we are all tired from travel.
Since the Parking Spot does charge a premium for their service compared to other lots, I think these issues need to be looked at.
Easy to follow directions purchasing the parking and easy to use
On time pick up and friendly, helpful drivers,
Efficient drivers, friendly staff

The entrance person and drivers are so welcoming and friendly!
Easy in and out
Shuttles are right there to pick you up and to take you back to the lot. Very efficient.
Getting picked up and returned to my car, also having shuttles that run frequently throughout day and night.
Close to the airport. Pickup at parking space. Great drivers.
Convenient and affordable quick pick up times. Would like better rewards for frequent travel
Convenience
great staff/ drivers
The convenience of dropping my car off and getting a shuttle to the airport.
It was easy to reserve a spot before we came plus I had a savings coupon. It was easy to get to for us, and they pick you up at your car and return you to your car after your trip. Bus was available when we got back right away. We have not flown since 2019 so it was nice to know the services are still great. We love the Spot
Excellent service from drivers, very convenient to airport.
Convenience, reliability, covered parking, availability.
Very easy to check in and out
How easy it is to park in your parking lot, and a shuttle is there quickly to assist with luggage and getting us to the airport. Once at the airport, the driver quickly takes our luggage off the shuttle and on our way we go.
Friendly and helpful drivers
friendly, fast, affordable. Alway just a pleasure.
The drivers are incredibly friendly and kind; I don’t dread a shuttle ride, I look forward to them!
Easy check in and check out. Covered parking. Airport shuttle frequency
Easy in and out. On time pick up. Most of the time.
Reasonably priced, easy to use and pickup and drop off shuttle right to your car.
As always services were great, I had racked up enough frequent points for a free stay on this last visit. With QR automation, I was in and out very quickly. The Driver was also very friendly as they always are, and that is why we are repeat customers.
