Excellent service!

They have very polite security staff monitoring the lines at the Century structure. Very short wait times to wait for a bus and short wait times in between buses. At arrival at the airport to return to the structure, it's never more than a 10 minute wait. Very fairly priced in comparison to other similar businesses.

the VALET service was great, easy vehicle drop off and vehicle pickup.
It is very easy when your vehicle is waiting for you in the driveway to get dropped off by the shuttle, then you get help with your luggage to be loaded in your vehicle.

You are prompt about picking up when cars are parked, and prompt when picking up at the airport. Last Sunday at Love was very busy so I had to wait on a second bus, but a second one came quickly. I think you do a good job and your drivers are helpful and pleasant...

Great location easy in and out. Bus’s are very clean. Of course the great prices and specials also a bonus.

Convenient location, easy to reserve, easy and fast process to check in and out, parking in the garage was easy to find, car was safe, shuttle service was quick. Only improvement to suggest: make it clearer to clients that upon arrival (during 10-6) they need to call the phone number to be picked up. I had an empty bus drive by me without stopping, which can be a quite frustrating.

Very efficient

Having the driver load and unload my luggage is why I continue to use the Parking Spot year after a year after year. I have a bad back and this service is worth the price to park and the tip to the drivers. It’s just too bad that the city won’t allow any Parking Spot signs since they’ve put in the new roundabout. They should support this business.

The bus picks you up at the back of your vehicle plus grabs and loads your bags.

It’s very convenient- close to the airport, a d you’re given a ride to your terminal!
