Friendly sfaff and fast service

Everything! A van was there quickly to pick us up at 3:30 am. We, as well as many others, take
very early flights and appreciate not having to wait outside in the cold weather for our van. There have been several times when the van pulled up and there was not room for us and it took longer for a 2nd van to pick us up than we hoped for. I wish they could be more prompt.
Our van drivers are always very friendly and helpful with our luggage, and get us to the airport safely. I always recommend Parking Spot to my friends and neighbors. It’s the only airport service we use. We also appreciate very much the frequent discounts you offer.

All went well for my first time using your parking service, except the gate QR scanner would not read the QR code on my phone and I had to use my credit card to open the exit gate.

It was very easy to scan the barcode to enter and exit the parking lot. The shuttle bus was right there when we arrived to take us to the airport. A shuttle bus was leaving the airport when we walked outside, but another shuttle was just pulling up.
