I like that the shuttle usually appears at the end of the trip within 10 minutes of waiting. This trip however we waited 15 minutes. Then I called for a shuttle. Then there was another 10 minute wait. 3 couples got on and w waited another 20 minutes for 2 more couples before we left the airport. Meanwhile the North shuttle came by 5 times in that period. This was NOT the usual and I'm hoping this is not going to be the norm.
Easy to park and shuttle was there when we exited baggage claim. Payment was easy with our prepaid QR code.
The pickup from and deliver to our vehicle is new since we last used The Parking Spot - I like this service. Using a QR code for entry and exit was awkwardly new, and a bit frustrating ---we do NOT rely on our cell phone for driving our car. The online reservation process was easy to use. Hoping next time to use the premium lot instead - I do not remember seeing that option. Will search for it since we know where the lot is now. We dropped our vehicle off at 2:20 am - thank you for having a person on site to get directions from! Very helpful. Next time we will know what to do.

My only suggestion is that when you send the confirmation and reminder emails or other correspondence that you actually show which TPS the reservation is for. I forgot I had booked TPS2 and went to TPS instead, then had to drive back to TPS2. With multiple lots, that would be helpful.

Quick and convenient
Reservations online were easy to make. Entry to the lot was also easy. Took a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive, but not bad. Easy ride to the terminal. On return trip, the shuttle was already there, and he left quickly after we boarded. Trip back was fine. Maybe a little more help with luggage on the return trip would have been appreciated - earn the tip. But it was a fine experience overall.

Please get shocks in the transportation buses. I think I lost a few tooth filings from the very hard ride.

your website is very easy to navigate and the information for details is excellent. The scanning QR code kiosk are not instructive enough for phone placement.
