I like the cost savings & convenience of having the Parking Spot van pick me up directly beside my vehicle for pick ups & returns. The drivers are so nice & take care of my luggage so I never have to lift it in or out of the van. I’ve never used it, but they offer upgraded covered spaces & car wash. The only negative occurs during busy hours at the Arrival area. If you’re trying to catch the van to return to your car it is like the Wild West! There’s not a line to stand in & some people rush for the door even if others have been waiting.

Best service of any long term parking at the airports. We use them at both Oakland and SFO, always prompted to pick us up at our vehicle when we arrive at the parking facility and rarely more than a 5 to 10 minute wait when returning from the airport. Drivers are always upbeat, professional and willing to help with luggage. Can't think of using anyone else and you shouldn't either!
