It's very easy to get a reservation online in advance so you know you have a secured spot and you know what it will cost with no surprises. The shuttle to the airport is always timely and easy to find. The free bottle of water upon exit is a kind and truly appreciated perk and so appropriate for weary travelers.

Very easy to use. Making and paying for a reservation on the Web is easy. Entry using the Wallet app on the iPhone is easy. Shuttle buses are frequent. On return to LAX, the app shows shuttles approaching and signals the driver for you. And the price is competitive.

Easy app usage. Drivers are very polite and helpful. Prompt service to and from airport. Speedy enter and exit of facility. Spots are numbered so it’s easy to find vehicle. I haven’t had any issues of theft or vandalism while my car was parked here. I have used this company in the past which is why I still use it now.
