Drivers were incredibly nice. Very helpful even with a bus load of people some of whom were load and complaining. My only issue is that I had a coupon code and the man at the gate told me that it would be fine. I could use it when I got back and unfortunately had expired. I will definitely always only use Parking Spot though! Great work!
Nice shuttle drivers, they pick up your bags and put them in/out of the shuttle. The shuttle runs regularly, quick and efficient. The covered parking is great, the lot is clean. A little pricey though.

I realize you are building, but the route to cover parking is a maze. The sooner you make it a clear path, the happier I will be.
NOTE: I had to wait for 15 minutes for a bus at 6am. That should not be the case. I was standing there waiting for the bus, along with 8 other people, and I called the main number. Rather than acknowledge that she need to send the buss 10minutes ago, she asked me if I knew where to park.....Hmmmm.
The interesting part is that there was a working buss, motor running and "waiting" at the entrance to the west lot. They knew where I was going and just sat. Hmmmmm.
Maybe the re are extenuating circumstances, but this sounds like a workable problem.
