Very convenient—always on time. Courteous, helpful staff.

My car battery was dead when I returned from a 9-day trip. PS 1 personnel helped me resolve my problem and were frirndly and helpful when I needed it. Would not choose any other place to park my vehicle at DAL! Great folks😉

Location and shuttle driver

You have covered parking and the shuttle picks you up as soon as you park to get you to the airport.

Super convenient and with friendly personnel.

The shuttle buses picked up customers in a timely manner. The driver was very professional and assisted with my luggage.

It was easy to reserve parking, easy transfer to airport, easy transfer when we got back to Love Field

Easy in and out. Quick transport to departures

Always an easy convenient experience with this company no matter the location

The booking goes well. The entry and exit are easy. The shuttle service is very reliable.

Convenient safe parking spot. Easy entry and exit. Friendly staff and water at the exit is a nice touch.

The Parking Spot is extremely convenient, and the shuttle service is very reliable. I also like the loyalty points program that has given me free days and discounts. The Parking Spot is a much better deal than the airport parking.

The prompt and professional service. Also the ease of booking.

First time using them . I found a parking spot, the bus was there and when I got back i did not have to wait to be picked up . They have the best service ! Highly recommend it !!

Everything went smoothly. Didn't have to wait long for shuttle.

We had a great experience during our last trip. Both our drivers from and to the lot were great and very helpful - especially the driver that picked us up at 12:30 am on 10/4 (Saturday into Sunday). He was going to go as far as put our luggage into our trunk.

We always pick the Parking Spot 2 for our parking needs because of the value, experience and peace of mind with our vehicle.

Thank you!!

Very convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. We don't have to wait long for the shuttle and drivers are always friendly!

very easy to locate and the vans came around within a few minutes of me landing...everything went smooth

Easy online registration, shuttle pickup with usually friendly helpful drivers, convenient drop off/pickup at the terminal, easy entrance and exit (WiFi not always easily available for me on exit but that could be my device). Friendly customer service at the entrance/exit booth. I also like the AAA discount or other discounts that are offered.

The instructions were easy to follow, and the personnel were super friendly and helpful

It’s just convenient. I don’t like the pricing where you now have to walk to catch the bus to get the least expensive price. I haven’t checked other lots ever but may next time to compare.

Friendly helpful staff. On time delivery and pickup.

Fast and efficient and cheaper than most of the other parking options

I enjoyed the efficiency of the covered parking, the quickness in being picked up and taken to the airport. The pickup from the airport was quick and the drop off to my car was also quick and easy.

Great parking spots it’s clean and very good customer service.

It’s convenient, fairly priced and the shuttle comes through often.

Easy parking without worry. Easy drop off and pick up

Awesome customer service. Give great directions on how to check in with your phone and where to park. The shuttle drivers are very helpful and courteous.
