Very convenient, starting with location. After several high speed turns getting into the West facility I have now learned where to turn. Your sign needs better lighting for newbies. Your drivers are great. Friendly and courteous. Pickup is a hit or miss, but not bad. Prices are fair.

Efficient pick up and drop off
Close to the hotel where we stay. Easy to reserve a parking spot on line. the parking area is well kept. Drop off at the Airport was on time and didn't have to wait very long to be picked up and delivered back to my vehicle. We have used them in the past and will do so again.
***Most importantly, shuttles came quickly!*** Drivers were also very friendly & helped with bags. I loaded the app w/ credit card so entering & exiting was simple with the QR code.

Bus was prompt and ready to go both when I left and when I returned. The lady at the booth when I was leaving was smoking on the curb, not a professional look for the Parking Spot, but she shouted that I needed to change lanes to pay so I was able to get the help I needed.

I was concerned because my flight got in at 12:40 am and didn’t want to wait alone. I was thrilled to see the shuttle arrive just as I got to the waiting area. Perfect timing.
