Light skin black & Night manager (White guy with glasses) were absolutely amazing. I thought one thing about extending my car stay and had it wrong. It charged me an arm and a leg. They help give me the same rate for every day and it was an absolute blessing! They didnt hesitate to help. THIS IS MY PARKING SPOT EVERYTIME AND I TELL EVERYONE TO COME HERE

The app is user friendly to pay in advance and scan at the kiosk upon arrival and departure, the water bottles at checkout was such a wonderful treat and we were thankful. as you enter the parking lot there is immediate direction on where to park and shuttle service available on site with no waiting in the cold or sun. most help with luggage load and tips are appreciated for great service. Its the only place we choose to park when traveling
I'm talking about the West parking. In my view, it's easy, convenient, and not very expensive. Unfortunately, the convenience was hindered a bit lately by the on-going repairs, but everyone understands that is temporary, so it can be ignored.
