I always park at the parking spot and this time they were extra nice and helpful. My sister and I got back from our trip and her car battery died. I went to the front to get a worker at 8:30pm and she called for help and her and another gentlemen brought the portable car jumper box and restarted my sisters car. The staff is always so helpful and nice.

It was easy to book a spot and then everything fell into place easily. We liked being taken right back to our spot!

Typically good service but this past Sunday I had to call for service and request two shuttles cause there was a longggg line. When driver arrived, he said he was the only driver. I think the schedule should be arranged based on flights coming in. This was around 10pm

The parking spot is great for off airport parking. Now with the new covered area, it’s even better! The shuttle picks you up right away and drops you off right at the door. No problem! And once you arrive back in town, the shuttle has almost always been at the curb when we’ve walked out the door.

Easy to use and fast to the airport. People are very friendly. Would suggest a sign at the main access road. It’s a quick turn exiting the highway and it could be missed. I also was directed to park in covered row 14 however only one side is fully covered. The other side is the edge of the roof and cars could be subject to bad weather. I wouldn’t park there if paying for covered. Main thing was the numbers for each parking space were completely worn off. Really hard to determine because so many were missing. Need painted. That should be an easy fix. Service is always excellent.

Excellent experience at The Parking Spot East. The shuttle was waiting for me both when I arrived and when I returned from my trip. I parked at 11:33 AM and was through security and at my gate in Terminal 2 by 11:50 AM. Just 17 minutes from parking to my gate. Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and reasonably priced. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely use them again.
