We have used The Parking Spot several times and and have been very pleased with the service. Price is always better then CLT airport parking, Only issue we have had is wait time upon flight arrival. Other services seem to have more shuttles operating so wait time seems to get long from airport to car. Last 2 times was almost 30 mins wait for shuttle. But that said, we hope that improves and will use again.

I like everything about it.
Reservations for a parking spot , price is affordable and parking is under a covering from the weather. Topping this all off there's a shuttle to and from the airport.

But please put shock absorbers on your vans. The rides both ways were awful, bumpy, rattly, and bone shaking.

My wife accidentally left her cell phone on the shuttle when Josh (the driver ) dropped us off at our car. When we got to our home in Ogden, she realized that she was missing it. We called her number on my phone and Josh answered it. We are so grateful he found it. He was so kind over the phone , we really appreciate that. (She was a bit stressed).
