We have parked here quite often and have been pleased. However, our recent experience was not as pleasant. When we returned from our trip, our car was completely covered in dirt, almost unrecognizable. (Nov 20,2025).
We park here as we want our car in a covered lot.
We also noticed several changes. There was no one at the booth to direct us to a spot as they usually did.

Very convenient to the airport. Bus was there as soon as I arrived. Bus was at the terminal when I returned. What else can you ask for? Drivers were very helpful and courteous.

Good location near terminal. Regular buses for pickup & dropoff at your car. Driver provided a card with location which I then provided upon my return. Access is easy with QR code. Good operation overall.

The new system is still a bit confusing sometimes but everyone is very helpful to fill in the gaps.

There is always space available, you can reserve early, you get points that add to free parking, they pick you up at your car and help with bags and do it with a smile. What would i be ark anywhere else?

The bus is waiting on you upon arrival to the parking spot and gets you to the airport quick.

It’s very easy to reserve a spot then to get in and out. The security of the lot is impressive and the ease of getting to and from the airport quickly is a big factor. The friendliness and helpfulness of the shuttle drivers getting my luggage in and out of my car and into the shuttle is important. The cost is reasonable.

One thing that has made it hard for me is showing my square to get out of the lot. I didn’t have it with me when leaving. Bad weather makes this particularly uncomfortable.
Please emphasize the need to have this. Better yet assume that anyone leaving had to have that when entering and raise the gate when approaching it.
