How frequently the buses come and closeness to the airport?

I like the pre register. I like the drivers help you with the your luggage. Short waiting ti.e for pickup, but this last time it was a little bit longer waiting time. Not sure why.

My ability to check in and check out of uncovered parking myself. Downside is I waited in line for 5 minutes because customers ahead of me experienced problems exiting. Maybe you should consider putting a person in the booth to assist inexperienced customers. I checked out at 11:30 pm.

What's not to like? Location is SUPER easy to get to and you're close to the airport. We don't have to wait on a shuttle - you're there and helping us load up by the time we get parked. Providing the card with your information and what spot the car is in is BRILLIANT!

Then, when we returned home I simply opened the app and got a notification that we were on the list and the shuttle will be there shortly. I love the visibility of the bright yellow and black shuttle, so easy to see!

Every step of the process with you guys was beyond 100%!

Easy to make a reservation, check in and check out. Price is always a consideration and the Parking Spot seems to have some of the least expensive prices in the area. Accumulate free parking with their parking program. Overall, just a great place to park!

Quick and easy. Nicer than waiting for the extended stay shuttle bus. Wish I would have thought of the wider parking for my F150. Regular parking was very tight.
