Auto system should work well , but on entry staff escorted us past a broken barricade into uncovered parking. Upon leaving, we were unable to check out because the system never checked us in. This SNAFU caused us considerable delay and aggravation. It also delayed two staff members who were very helpful fixing the mess and getting us on the road.

Reservations were easy to make. The location [near Denver Int'l Airport] was convenient. The van to and from the airport worked perfectly. Prices were reasonable. Best of all: I didn't have to search and search and search for covered parking at DIA--I instead had a reservation for covered parking here! I'm very happy, and have already booked a parking spot here a second trip.

I've been using Spot for all my air port travel. Always been professional, convenient, clean and safe. The shuttle drivers are there when I need them coming and going. Shout out to Bailey for getting me back to my car last week and cold water on my exit. I highly recommend Spot 1, 2 and Fly.
