I like covered spaces for our car. I found an end space so that I felt it would be more protected. Our pickup driver was courteous and thorough. Our return driver was a hoot and even wanted to load our luggage into our car!....besides telling bad dad jokes!

Convenience - MCO parking garages are often full now and its nice not to worry about finding a spot. Also very convenient to speed through with QR codes in and out.
Great service, friendly people at the gate and the transportation driver was fantastic also . Also easy to use and paying was even easy on the way home , I even was asked if I would like a bottle of water . I give this company two thumbs up 👍 👍.

Super easy, quick, and cheap! I never have to worry about running late for my flight due to parking reasons. Everything is self explanatory, and the staff is always incredibly friendly even at 4:30 in the morning. I will always use the parking spot for my vacations!

The parking spot is a very convenient way to park. When you're going to take a trip from the airport.

I use the Parking Spot on a regular basis; it is very convenient and the drivers are always prompt and professional. My only complaint is that it is getting as expensive to park at the Parking Spot as it is to park in airport parking. There used to be a significant difference, not anymore.

Staff was great
I can't remember his name but the driver who I rode with from the airport was very kind and gave a quote of the day. He genuinely seemed to love his job and getting to connect with people. When I went to reach for my carry on suitcase, he told me no, and when I tried to tip him, he also told me no.
As a note: I didn't realize the shuttle pickup location had move to W1 and that it was all the way over on the other side. I don't travel as much anymore and it would have been nice to know where the pick up location would have been compared to where it was before (what I believe is now the drop off location on the northside).
We loved the fact that we had just pulled into our parking spot and the van was right there to help us load our luggage. The return was just as impressive as we walked right to the van and after we were loaded and a few others, we were taken right to our parking spot and again helped with our luggage to our car. Both drivers were very polite and professional!
