Easy to reserve space, van service to and from terminal is quick and efficient, personnel are courteous and helpful.

We use The Parking Spot every time we fly out of DIA. They are so efficient, and we get in and out quickly. The only slight draw back is we usually have to wait approx 15 minutes to get picked up once we return which isn't too bad of a wait.

Due to the storm in Colorado, my flight got moved up outside of the Parking Spot time frame to arrive early. I was easily able to check in and upon exit, the customer service adjusted my bill so that I got the original price I booked ahead of time for my weekly stay instead of the walk in price that would have been twice as much. It was easy and done with a smile.

everythi9ng i love but the app as far as finding your pick up shuttle van! VERY confusing and several of us had a hard time finding where you picked up after coming in from American Airlines.

Also the young gal behind the wondow on Tuesday night was SOOO lovely . i did not get her name.

The drivers are always so pleasant. Please make sure you tip them people! They are great, very fast shuttle service. The busses are always clean and they really help assist people getting on and off the bus.

Extremely easy to park! Guide showed us where to find a parking space. Shuttle came immediately and driver was polite and helpful. Returning to PHL, shuttle was outside of terminal! As a former Parking Spot customer, I stopped using the company because of late pick up at airport and poor customer service. Not anymore! I will use Parking Spot in the future!!

Thanks, David. I will improve your score. I was also concerned that someone may have been driving my car while I had it parked in your garage. I don't know, but you may want to keep an eye out for this. Even if my car battery had lost 10% charge per day, it would have taken 13 days to reach the 42 mile level, which is where it was when I asked for your company to charge the car.
