Easy shuttle access.
Using the app was easy once i learned the flow.
I do like how the entry and exit times seem to be flexible. I have been late in returning flight in the past. Of course then the parking exit time was over. No extra charge which is practical and good for customer relations.
Covered parking
I love that it is easy to park in the facility and you always have a shuttle waiting to pick you up at the car. I also love the APP and the ability to pay in advance so all you have to do is scan your reservation when you get there. This is also nice for those who are traveling a great distance to park at the airport. (No worries about parking spots.) We use the south parking lot and it's easy to access and not that busy.
Employees are helpful and happy. Facilities are clean and safe which is important since I travel alone..
Everything is easy. Booking is easy, entry to the lot and exit from the lot is quick and easy. The shuttles are always to my car quicker than I can get out of my car and drivers are always helpful and friendly. Overall, it's the least stressful part of my travel experience each time I fly out of Sky Harbor.

Pick me up at my car and drop me back right there. Drivers have been extremely friendly and helped me with my bag. I don’t mind tipping them if they help with my bag. The last one I had was really pleasant. Will be utilizing your service again next week.

The easy and quick way to park and get right on a shuttle and on our way to the airport. We made reservations this time because of a bad experience during 4th of July weekend and not being able to find a spot for our car. We will always make reservations now.
