Pleasant, helpful efficient staff, including shuttle drivers.

The cost when you use applicable discounts. The app is user friendly. Getting into the Spot and parking, and exiting later, are so simple, using the QR code. The parking spot is covered. Entry to the site is not easy for people without reservations, so I feel that my car is safely parked. The shuttle is timely (comes around often) and is a quick drop-off to the terminal. The shuttle personnel are helpful and courteous.

Safe, fast shuttles, friendly.

Check-in was fast as was pick-up. I did not have to wait for a bus. Both were waiting for me like a VIP. Both drivers helped with the luggage and were very friendly. Looking forward to the next trip.

Cheaper than airport parking, I can book ahead of time to reserve a spot, the shuttle is always on point to pick you up from your car AND from the airport. Love it.

Fast pick up both ways

on time. pick you up at your car. only thing i didn't like was the instructions once you landed and trying to find a pick up spot. not very clear

Fast pickup at vehicle and at airport. Love when the driver lifts my suitcase for me, as I would really struggle, being old & handicapped. I tip well when they do.

Your location was very convenient and each staff member was professional, friendly, and polite. Much better than trying to find a parking space at the airport and having to get your luggage to and from your vehicle. Will definitely use y'all again.

Ease of parking, pickup and drop off at parked car. Recent pickup 5/30 and 6/5, friendly staff, Hezakiah and Conrad provided great customer service. Recommended Parking Spot to my daughter and son-in-law and they now use the Parking Spot.

Drivers are great. Usually buses run in a timely fashion...HOWEVER...Sunday, June 7th, 1pm-ish, it took awhile, 10 minutes +, for the #2 bus to pick us up at the terminal. A couple of #1's had already come by at this time. Not sure if this is a "weekend schedule" type of issue but wouid like to avoid such a wait, weekend or weekday, in the future. Perhaps you review weekend buses/staffing.
