Easy and helpful friendly service
Parking Spot 2 is my "go to" parking lot. Convenient, covered parking and the shuttle service is great. I take advantage of reservations and special promotions when I am able.

I love the convenience of being able to book my reservation online.
I do not like that when I upgrade to the premium covered (inside the building in the back) that it takes over 5 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. I know the person at the entrance radios back to tell the driver that there is someone going there, but I'm usually parked& out of my car and waiting for sometimes up to 10 minutes before the shuttle arrives.
The other suggestion is to be able to exit the premium garage the same way I entered - through the covered parking area. The way it is now you have to zig-zag through the outdoor parking before being able to get back to the cashier.
Don't have to wait long for a shuttle.

The check in check out process is seamless. The number of drivers out and picking up or taking to the airport is quick and easy and never have to worry I have to wait long.
I feel very comfortable and secure using The Spot. The drivers are so helpful handling my luggage and I know they will be there to pick me up no matter the time I arrive whether I park at valet or self park.
Fast efficient and easy to use
Most of the time when I'm leaving town the shuttles are on the lot and ready to take passengers to the Terminals. The drivers are generally courteous and helpful. Occasionally, there is a long wait at the terminal to return to our vehicles when all you want to do is get home, but it's worth it for the cost and convenience.
