Timely pickups from airport to car.

I have used this lot for years. Started when Blue Sky opened. Now For longer trips Uber is cheaper so not using as much.
Another challenge was October 2nd you must have been severely understaffed. It took over 30 min from the time I parked until I was able to get on a bus by walking to the front of the lot. If I hadn't done that I don't know how long it would have taken. There were at least 3-4 bus loads waiting just in Aisle I. Again this was the first time I had it happen but it was quite frustrating and a bit scary as my flight time was getting closer

Quick, easy in and out of the airport. I never wait longer than 2-3 minutes for a shuttle. Staff is very friendly

I felt very safe parking at the Parking Spot. I didn't wait long for a shuttle to get me from the lot or from the terminal upon returning. Every person working was courteous and friendly. I will definitely park there again.

the shuttle service is always quick and easy to get to when arriving at the airport and when parking the car. I especially like being able to affordably park under cover. Also, like the security of knowing the lot is not open to people not parking there.

I have used the Parking Spot both in Tennessee & Florida. Its a great service and has been very helpful in traveling. I recommend it to everyone I know traveling. Its convenient, reasonable & everyone has been friendly & accommodating both states. Good job!

The woman who greeted me as I entered the lot early Tue 9/29 was very kind, understanding & helpful. Both drivers were helpful, but the driver on Sun eve 10/4 was exceptionally patient & helpful.

Cheerful and helpful drivers. Better than paying for private transport to and from the airport. The Parking Spot #1 has worked well for us several times. Make sure you keep your ticket stub safe, the one you receive from the driver upon arrival. Makes the return easy peasy!

The Parking Spot is an awesome and safe place to park your car at the airport. It’s covered and it’s safe and the staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. The bus drivers are excellent and very helpful with your Luggage. And it’s right actually on the airport grounds very close with a short trip into the terminal. I highly recommend Parking Spot to anyone needing or one in great service.
