Suggestion: From the last couple stay I made with you, I had a hard time having a shuttle pick up from where I parked. I even remember at one point that I had to wait almost 20 minutes. That's a long wait especially if we have a flight to catch.

The driver picked me up and dropped me off at my car. Both of them also took care of my luggage, taking it out and putting it in.
