The minute we pull into the lot and park there is a shuttle quickly arriving to pick us up. The drivers are great about helping load luggage into the shuttle and providing a card with a reminder of our parking spot number.

Conveniently located and the staff is friendly and helpful. I need to know how often the shuttle come around to pick up passengers. Sometimes I don't see one near my car. Are we supposed to go to a designated area for pickup?
