The Parking Spot is the best Lambert parking option. It's close and reasonably priced. They also have a very useful app that makes parking there easy and convenient!

I have been using the Parking Spot from almost the day is was built...always consistently great customer service!!!

The drivers and all employees are helpful and extremely customer friendly. The only small request is the wait time for the shuttle at the airport. It has improved!

Easy, convenient, and friendly drivers

Pull in they take your car from check in . You get on shuttle and they drop you at the airport departure entrance. Upon your return check in on your app and they send shuttle pretty quickly. Very convenient for us.

The drivers are always friendly and helpful. However, there is one driver that does not get out of seat and doesn't help with luggage. Sometimes, I've had to wait quite a while for a shuttle as the line is long. Otherwise, I will always use you.

First time to park at the East location. Usually park closer to Airport or at the West spot. I will make the East location my permanent choice going forward because of the following reasons:
1. I'm coming off of 130 (from Seguin) so it's the first parking lot I encounter.
2. Smaller parking lot means faster service - I was picked up 2 minutes after I parked.
3. Smaller lot means better security.

When I returned from my trip, there were TWO East parking lot vans waiting, not one.

Polite staff and very easy to get in and out and the bus comes to you and drops you off at the car
