Love everything about the Parking Spot. We did have a rocky start a few trips ago, but gave you another try, and everything has been great. From the shuttle pick up in the lot to the pickup at BWI everything is great. Because I am impatient (and usually have to go to the bathroom), sometime I feel we wait a bit for pickup, but I am sure it is less than five minutes. Perhaps I will start timing for an accurate idea.
Very straightforward process. Prices are decent, especially if you book during a promotion. The QR code is very helpful for early morning/late night entries and exits.

Very professional and friendly drivers and greeters as well as vans running all the time, so once I get my luggage the wait is short. I also like the premium lot, which I select based on how long I'm out of town and when my flight lands back in Philly.
