The pricing is great. Easy to get to. Shuttle drivers are so pleasant and extremely helpful. I travel alone frequently and they always drive me right to my car. They have me open the car from the shuttle and put my luggage in the trunk for me.
I once came back and my car battery was dead. It was very late at night & snowing, one of the drivers got someone to jump my car.

I like the convenience of being able to make an on line reservation. Driving in without a problem and someone taking my car. I then like the convenience of shuttle pick up and the car is waiting for you at the parking area.

This specific trip I waited what seemed a long time after dropping off my car in the parking area for the shuttle to the terminal to arrive. I was worried about getting through TSA in time for my flight. Others in line expressed the same concern There were more people waiting than would comfortably fit in the shuttle. Then my flight was delayed so it did not matter but hopefully this was a one time thing but if it happens again it would cause me to stop using Park and Fly

I would also use a car wash service if it were available but I understand this may be more trouble for you than benefit.
