Normally pickup is quick & drivers have great customer service. My only "gripe" has all to do with the chaos of IAH and not the Parking Spot which you have no control over.

Service on our return trip was impeccable. I don't remember our driver's name, but he was so nice and friendly. Sometimes that's not the case. He was very courteous as well.

I like the convenience and being picked up and dropped off at my own car and not having to wander around searching for my car. I prefer your lot to the covered long term parking at the airport. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Will continue to park my car with The Parking Spot

When I was having problems getting my card to load, there was someone available right away to help me out. In addition, the shuttle drivers were very friendly and efficient.

Easy to navigate and the app works great to schedule ahead with no issues. Also the parking lot is easy to navigate with signage making it easy to get out. Shuttles are readily available

Very efficient

Lots of spots available including end caps for people like me who don't want to park close to others. The shuttle seems to always be there when we need it on both outbound and return, which is great. The new app is very cool so you don't have to fumble with a phone call to the location to ask for a shuttle.
