We are new to the Cleveland area, and were a loyal Parking Spot customer in St Louis. My wife and I enjoy how when we arrive into the lot, there is someone to greet us and provide us guidance on which row to park in. The drivers are very prompt, not making you wait long, and will have the Space Ticket ready when they greet you and are always willing to help with luggage or a hand up into the shuttle bus. It's especially nice to watch the drivers interact with the elderly, and / or the kids.... We'll keep coming....
I always use the valet I love the fact that when the shuttle drops me off, my car is ready to go. Every employee I have encountered since using the Parking Spot has been more than professional, cordial, and friendly. Quick easy access and convenient
Easy to get in drop off the car and get to the airport. Friendly staff to and from the airport on the shuttle bus. Car was waiting on me when I checked in with the app. Only way to park if you’re not wanting to spend an arm and a leg parking and get great service.
