Easy and fast
Been parking with Park and Fly since 2018 or so at various locations across Alabama, Georgia, California.
I truly enjoy the parking facilities, easy in and out via QR code, regular shuttle service 24x7.
My only concern is the rising prices recently in SFO location - rates seem to be steadily climbing and it no longer feels like a good deal compared to on-site airport long term parking unless you use your free parking days via points. I am used to these facilities and it has become a part of my travel which is only reason I do not consider other options that are out there.

Friendly and quick pickup and delivery! Great service when exiting the lot as well.
Entry and exit stations are easy to navigate and easy for payment options. The shuttle service has been very useful and runs in a timely manner for both drop off at DIA and pick up on return. This is a very important service for us. The discounts and special promotions offered are a plus and the main reason we use your facilities versus a share ride service.

It’s an easy to use place. Vans for transport are quick and efficient.
We have been very pleased with The Parking Spot parking lot as well as the excellent customer service from the drivers. We have never had to wait very long. I only wish I could have tipped our drivers. I used the QR code and attempted to tip our drivers but received and error saying we cannot tip more than $100. I selected $5. I tried multiple times but received the error each time. My sincere apologies to our drivers but I do not carry cash.

I was warmly welcomed at the gate and directed where to park. The driver arrived at my car within minutes. He was friendly and courteous. The drive to the airport went smoothly, and I got to my terminal quickly (despite the construction). I had plenty of time to check-in and get through security.

The shuttle is always ready when you get to parking lot and to airport
Driver who returned us at the end of our trip was extremely helpful. Older man with big beard. Maybe it was a red beard. Very helpful for my husband who needed wheelchair assistance at the airport but could manage to get on and off the bus.
