Great customer service and quick van service.

I want to take a moment to recognize Alicea M. because she truly went above and beyond. I haven’t received service like that in a long time. I was coming home from a trip that did not go as planned, and on top of that, I didn’t apply my Groupon correctly. When I got to the exit, the system tried to charge me $170 which I did not have on the first of the month.

Alicea stepped in immediately and made sure the Groupon I paid for was applied. I honestly wanted to cry because it felt like anyone else would’ve just told me there was nothing they could do, but she didn’t. She CARED, she listened, and she helped.

I’m extremely grateful for employees like Alicea. Because of her, I’ll definitely continue using The Parking Spot and next time, I’ll make sure to apply my Groupon the right way!

Very quick and efficient upon entering and finding a place to park. Shuttle van seemed to follow our car as we looked for a space, and picked us up as soon as we parked and gathered our luggage.

There were plenty of shuttle buses so no long wait times and plenty of space for your luggage.

Your services are perfect but I do have a complaint.
I park all the time at Spot 1 and being a senior citizen used to make a last stop at the mens room as I have a long trip to Prescott. Now I see that you have the building closed to clients and a sign on the locked door. It would be so helpful if we were able to use the lavatories there.

Very kind staff at the gate and driving the busses! I’ve been parking here for years and never had any issues. Highly recommend the Parking Spot 3!!

Swift contactless process. Shuttle very frequent from the parking lot to the airport, had to wait a little long at arrival; but other than that, service is great. The drivers are very nice and helpful as well.

Location & fast friendly service!

This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and it was incredibly easy. I parked my car on Friday morning, left for the weekend, and got home Sunday night. The shuttle driver was very friendly. He answered some questions I had, too. I'm definitely going to be using this again for my weekend travel for work.
