I like the app and the ease of reserving a space. It’s also easy to scan to check in/out and to autopay. The only issue I had was trying to tip the driver. It wouldn’t go through. I tried several times, but got an error message, and then found out it actually went through twice.

Upon arriving at my destination, I realized that I had not shut my car door. I called in to Parking Spot 3, and the employee, a lady (I believe her name started with a C), was so kind to ask someone to check my vehicle and shut my door! It was so nice of them to do so, and it gave me a sense of relief that I would not return to a car with a dead battery!!!

Parking at the Fly parking spot was very easy and convenient. Buses were available at all times which made my return to Atlanta on a very cold day lets frustrating. I would use this spot again.

I get super-stressed when I have to travel, particularly to unfamiliar places. Even trying to figure out the right entrance for long-term parking as opposed to short-term parking is a stressor I don't want when I'm already worried about everything from whether I remembered to pack everything to have I got my arrangements in order if my plane crashes.

Using The Parking Spot made one of those stressful problems, though, so delightfully simple that I don't even think about it anymore. The process is so easy, smooth and professionally run that it's almost hard to believe that it exists in this day and age. Finding the lot was easy, I had near-immediate shuttle service both from and back to the lot, and the drivers have all been a pleasure to ride with. I'll never fly from Newark again.
