Very easy to park, bus to airport and retrieve your car upon arrival. Valet is the way to go. Fair pricing and point accumulation is great. Would recommend for anyone flying regularly from EWR.

Efficiency and a reasonable price
I like the quick delivery to the airport terminal, the drivers are very helpful with my luggage, and that I have covered parking, I do like that they are usually quick to pick me up on arrival and that overall I don't have to worry at DFW about which terminal I return to, which is often different than the one I leave from. The offered bottle of water on check out is always welcome! I miss the option to drive through a quick car wash to rid the exterior. of my car of the Dallas dust!

Parking, and transport to and from the airport was very good.
My only problem is when I checked out at the front gate, I requested my receipt to be e-mailed to me but it never showed up. It asked me if I wanted a receipt e-mailed to me and I responded pushing the green button more than once but I got no response. How can I get a receipt for my stay there?

The Parking Spot East is conveniently located - it's just a quick turn off the highway for me - and the parking areas are easy to navigate. There's always plentiful parking and I have been able to book parking when needed for last-minute work trips. I feel much better leaving my car in a secured and supervised lot. The staff are always kind and welcoming. The shuttle drivers are just the friendliest and most helpful people. I usually park in uncovered self-parking, which is a large lot, and the shuttle drivers always drive directly to my car, which I always appreciate, but I am especially grateful when I'm traveling alone at night. I highly recommend the Parking Spot East to all travelers!
