We like to park uncovered and your system works well almost all the time.
The trip last Thursday (4/2) was abit upsetting- we were parked early(6 am flight) and there were several people already waiting for the shuttle. Several more arrived and there about 15 of us waiting for at least 20 min. I finally called and the woman said the shuttle was hung up at the airport and apologized. 2 shuttles eventually drove down the lane but it was stressful and unlike any other experience we’ve had with Parking Spot.

I like the fact that when I arrive someone at the gate tells me what row to pull into and within minutes of me parking and getting out of my car the shuttle is there. Driver always helps with my luggage if needed and they then write down the spot I am in so on my return I am taken right back to my spot. No having to look around for my car.
