The ease and quickness of shuttle

Your company’s customer service is extraordinary! I park my car and get picked up by a van within minutes. We get to airport & driver (male or female) gets my heavy suitcase down van steps for me. When I return to Atlanta airport after my trip, a van is either there immediately or within minutes. This last trip on Sunday, the van driver took my heavy suitcase and offered to put it directly in my trunk. YES, thank you!!! …was my grateful reply.

We really liked the location near LAX and the frequent shuttles. We have used another parking service for years but recently grew frustrated with the lack of shuttles. We will use the Parking Spot going forward.

It was pretty convenient. Booked online and used QR code to enter the lot and used QR code to get out. Shuttle was pretty quick on both ends of the trip. I would hate using a place with poor shuttle service.

We just switched to the Parking Spot on Century from a competitor. We have to say that we are so extremely pleased with the experience! Everything went seamlessly with both our arriving at the Parking Spot and then leaving the terminal. Going to the Terminal is usally pretty easy and it was with the Parking Spot as it seems there are plenty of vans. But the best part of the experience was when we got back to LAX and wanted to be picked up at our terminal. The App was so useful and it actually worked! A van came when we pushed the button. Also, even though the van was almost totally full, they stopped to pick us up and didn't drive by us. (Yes, that has happened with competitors!) When we arrived at Parking Spot our car (that had been parked in Valet) was waiting for us and off we went. I very much liked how in anticipation of arriving the van driver did announce that Valet parked cars, might take a bit to get there. That was very nice that that was announced. We would have been happy to wait, but we happy that we didn't have to. Very thrilled with our experience and that I didn't leave the airport upset.
