As Long as you follow the arrows to park in the right place the buses come snatch you up in a heartbeat take you to the airport and I've never had a problem getting picked up either love them

Driving up at 3AM scanned my QR code for the valet section and someone was there to park my car and the van for the airport was waiting for me. On my return to Newark I opened the app and it detected I was in the terminal and notified the van driver to pick me up. As soon as I got back to Parking Spot my car was waiting for me for my drive home. Found a new parking lot to use for all my future flights.

Very good parking facility with reasonable prices. Option to get covered parking (at additional cost). Great shuttle service to the airport, the drivers are extremely courteous and helpful. They help with your luggage. We regularly park there when we fly to California to visit family.

I like having options. The option to either prepay or pay after as well as covered or uncovered parking. The shuttle service runs timely and often. I will continue to use this location for my extended parking for DFW.

The service was awesome, ease of parking and the flawless to and from the airport shuttle was amazing, the drivers to and from the airport were very polite and helpfull, especially the gentelman who picked us up from the airport, he made us laugh, made us feel welcome and was very helfull with are luggage. The woman at the gate when we were leaving was also very polite and even offered us a water, nice touch!! I just want to say thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable! we are looking forward to using your services again.

Friendly Drivers

Easy check in and check out. I never have to wait for a shuttle. I don’t like that non refundable and book ahead rates are cheapest. Should be the same rate for everybody! My last driver had trouble finding passengers cars upon return because the handwriting on the tickets was bad.

However, when we got back to our car there was a crack in the windshield. I know youre not responsible, but it was annoying and expensive. A few free parking passes would be nice

That I can know I have a parking spot, get picked up at my car, dropped of and picked up at the airport and dropped back off at my car saves me a lot of stress. Very reliable.
