I like the convenience of being able to park my car in a safe location. I like how the shuttles run often, and I never feel like I'm waiting more than a few minutes, especially on the return days. It's just an overall great service.

Ease of parking. Prompt pick up and delivery. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. After a recent flight I discovered my car battery had died. A member of the staff gave me a jump without hesitation and I was on my way. Customer service is top notch!!!!!

Minimal wait time in your lot for pick up
Parking and getting picked up at my car was so easy. I didn't even have to wait. The shuttle drivers were so very kind and concerned, making sure my luggage was picked up and put on the curb or into my car.

We have been using for many years. the shuttle service is very nice. Drivers helpful. Still very disappointed they stopped the valet service. Trying to find parking at 5-6am, kindof scary walking down the floors unattended. But still a good choice
