I like that someone picks me up right at my car and drops me off right at my car. It feels much safer vs the airport parking. I also like that I never wait long and my car is covered and the rates are cheaper than the airport garage. Customer service is also fantastic! I recently went on a trip with my husband and when I got to airport I realized I didnt have my phone (which has a wallet attached to it and my ID was in there and without it, I wouldnt be able to fly). I was worried I left it on the bus, but when the driver came back he let me look around and even offered for me to use his phone to call it. He drove me back to my vehicle and waited for me while I found my phone, then drove me back to the airport. I didnt miss my flight and the whole event took less than 30 mins! Kuddos to a great job!! You made a stressful/scary situation better. :)

Everything! It’s a nice arrangement with the airport.
Very convenient, covered parking, picked us up at our car and dropped us off at the airport so we didn't have to worry about the traffic or the airport construction projects. When we go back, again there was no problems. We will definitely use them again.

Great Service ,Picks you up at your car ! Helps with bags . Always friendly and kind . Always at the airport. Never had to wait . Helps with bags . Takes you right to your car . They write your parking spot on a card you keep.no worries about the spot your car is in. Loads my bags in my my truck . I feel safe and taken care of. One time my car wouldn’t start and they helped me with that too.Someobe always on location. I’m very happy parking here .

We love The Parking Spot because everyone we've ever encountered is friendly and helpful. Courtney, in particular, on this last visit was fabulous. When we arrived, the e-check in was not working, so when we returned, we couldn't do the quick check out and I had to find the little slip of paper with the QR code from when I'd checked in. That took a bit, but she was helpful and friendly through the whole thing. We're always happy to park with The Parking Spot.

It was less stressful than navigating the IAH terminal parking garages (and trying to avoid all of the construction). I was disappointed that the higher cost spots (covered) are dropped off last as they drop of the uncovered spots first.
Austin treats them as premium and you get dropped off first - not at IAH.

Though while I parked no van came to pick up waited for 15 minutes and walked with luggage to front.
Pick ups and deliveries are faster and better. Almost all drivers help with the luggage.
