They picked me up and dropped me off from my car when I was traveling alone, which made me feel very safe. I also didn’t have to wait at all.

I never have to wait long for the shuttle and the drivers are always courteous. The cost of parking is reasonable and I like the option of being able to park under cover at times.

You are always there when I get off my flight. This time we inadvertently forgot a suitcase on the shuttle bus. We had an hour and a half ride home from CMH. I called and they said they had it in the lost and found. We went the next day and they brought it out to my car. Great customer service!

Very friendly and helpful staff

Very prompt, safe, friendly drivers. We had absolutely no issues parking and leaving our car, and everything was ready for us when we returned.

Driver was responsible, respectful and professional. The only hiccup is the Shuttle #12 was making a loud rattling noise that needs attention.

WOW 10/10 experience. this was my first time using the parking stop and i have not one disappointment. upon your arrival, once you check in, the shuttle will follow you to your car(ladies think safety) load your bags and take you to the airport. upon your return, they do the same thing. it was a safe and pleasant experience. i will be using this service for all future trips! thank you!

Every time I use the Parking Spot I am greeted by a kind and friendly smile even if it is in a complete downpour storm! The drivers are extremely nice and very helpful to me being a Senior lady! I’ve never waited more than a few minutes for a van to leave the lot and when I arrive home I usually have a van immediately or no longer than a ten minute wait in the middle of the night!
