We love the Valet parking. We love that we get to go to the bus right away. We love that our vehicle is parked in the front when we arrived. Great service! I wish this service is available for International as well.

Convient and quick. I travel frequently, so it is nice to have a safe place to leave my car before returning to Colorado Springs after each trip. I appreciate the systems you have in place to remember where you parked and your drivers have been super helpful and kind.

Booking is easy to do through the app. Pricing was reasonable, with the 25% discount. Showing the location of the shuttle is very helpful. I realize there was a lot of snow, but aisles were tough to navigate.

Love that they pick you up and drop off right at my vehicle and if it's snows while you are away they clean off your car and around it.

I was traveling alone in late January and parked my car in an uncovered spot at the lot, and both when I left Chicago and when I came back, the drivers were happy to help me with my two bags. They didn't hang back and wait for me to ask -- they stepped forward and told me to sit in the bus so I could stay warm in the frigid temperatures while they put my luggage carefully on the racks. I tipped them both well, because they absolutely deserved it, and I'm glad I get a chance to tell everyone here what an amazing job they did. You definitely need to park here! If other lots are cheaper, I guarantee you won't get this kind of service at them.

The service was phenomenal! Dropping off, the shuttle driver came right to my car and handled my rollator and suitcase. Coming home after a record snowfall in Cbus, Emma the driver was beyond stellar. When we got to my snow covered car, she had me wait in the van as she cleared me path to my door. She then helped me in my car and proceeded to clear my car of snow and load my luggage. What a rockstar! At the exit, the young lady helped me find my QR code, checked me out then asked me if I needed bottled water! I highly recommend Parking Spot and will be using them again!

Shuttle had perfect timing both ways, crew working snow removal did a fantastic job making sure we were able to get out of the snowed in spot almost immediately when we got to our car.

Easy to get to. The people who work there are helpful! The wait wasn’t long for the shuttle in the parking lot or at Midway.

Great parking spot with an excellent shuttle service. The lot was easy to find, well organized, and felt very secure. What really stood out was the shuttle fast, reliable, and extremely convenient. The driver was friendly and professional, and the ride to and from the terminal was smooth with no long wait times. This made my travel experience stress free, and I’ll definitely use this parking spot again.

I really like the service. Everything was nice and quick. They only thing I dislike I could not figure out where to get on the shuttle at the airport and my shuttle stopped far away from regular shuttles spot and I had to run to get there
