The parking lot was in a very convenient location. The Shuttle picked us up in a timely manner, both from our car and from the airport. Both drivers were extremely courteous and helpful. It was a great experience.

Safe easy to use and always on time
it's convenient, fast, and friendly. App works well. Drivers and front desk staff are nice and efficient.
Quick, friendly, efficient, and easy. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful. The deop and pickup directly at the car is easy and efficient. The ease of getting in and out if the lot and also into and out of the airport was refreshing. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
Parking at LAX could not be simpler or easier than with The Parking Spot! I reserved a spot for a quick 48 hour trip on the app. So glad I chose the upgrade to valet. The drop off was a snap and I didn't have to wait at all for a shuttle to the terminal. When I arrived the app told me exactly where the pick up shuttle was. When the shuttle dropped me at the garage my car was already waiting for me! They even offered me a bottle of water when they gave me my key. Easy tap to pay on the way out. The Century location was great, as it avoided all the terminal and construction activity. The Parking Spot is now my go to for parking at LAX!
Convenient and feels secure.
Excellent service! We were picked up quickly right at our car and driver helped with luggage. No wait to be picked up from airport and returned right to our car. Nice location at a good price.
The shuttle runs constantly, and the app is great too. It makes it much easier when you're returning home and all you want to do is get home. The proximity to the airport is also fantastic. The AAA discount doesn't hurt either.

I have been using the parking spot on JFK Blvd for years. Love this location. It is clean, the parking spots are wide and the crew are friendly.
it is convenient and the drivers are always friendly. love being picked up and dropped off at my car.
The app is great, makes payment easy. Plus the shuttle service is really good. I typically immediately board at the terminal, and don't wait more than a few minutes for pickup in the parking lot.
Easy, convenient, and less expensive than other parking areas.
