Drivers are always nice and helpful and you don't have to wait long for a shuttle.
The best part is the short wait for pickup at the airport.

Website is easy to navigate
Easy to park, never had to wait more that 5 minutes and general the pick up is under 5 minutes
Never had to wait long for the return ride back and one time arrived very late and my return ride was only a phone call away
I've been using the parking spot for 2 decades - will never change
Easy drop-off and pick-up. Friendly and efficient staff. Normally short wait time at terminal for pick-up.
Convenience
Fast pick up in parking lot and also upon arrival at the airport. I feel safe parking with you and you are very close to the airport.
Covered parking is nice, immediate pickup by shuttle, and bottle water offered on the way out.
The day I returned, someone on a previous shuttle had left their wallet on a bus. SPOT took care to make sure it got put into the hands of its owner on a subsequent shuttle.
Like that I can drop off my car, not worry about it. The shuttle drops me off and picks me up at the airport. Also like in winter the car is cleaned off of any snow or ice. The price of the Parking Spot is very reasonable and much less expensive than the parking garages.
Helpful, friendly drivers; safe parking; affordable prices; easily accessible
Last few trips have had great service keep it up!
Staff was quick with getting us to and from airport in their shuttles. The “return pickup” reminder card given to me by the shuttle driver when we parked was a great help.
