Great system, great drivers !

I’ve been parking at the ParkingSpot2 for 3 years now. In that 3 years, they continue to upgrade their service and have made all parking spots covered. Very important for AZ weather because nobody likes to get in a hot car when they’ve been traveling.

But most importantly, if you upgrade and park in premium parking, this is the first pick up, and you’re brought directly to the airport.

In the past, when you park in premium parking, you were still picked up first but not brought directly to the airport. At times in the past, the shuttle driver would then pick up everyone who just parked, at times, this would take 10-15 mins to pick up everyone.

Not anymore with Premium Parking. I highly recommend Premium if you tend to run late and cannot afford the time to pick up everyone else.

Easy parking and pickup at vehicle. Also that you can open the app for airport pickup and watch the driver come to you. Easiest parking place o have been to.

Door to car service, assistance from drivers with luggage. Pleasant drivers.

timely buses and friendly staff

It was super convenient. The staff was amazing. I felt like they went above and beyond. Rich took us to the air port and Jon took us back to the car. Both were amazing. Super friendly. And just made you feel welcomed. The staff at the gate was amazing as well. Offered water and that was so needed especially after 15 hours of traveling

Easy access to LAX with multiple shuttles running at both locations. We always park on Century and drivers are helpful. Facility and shuttles are clean and well maintained. After a long flight, it's always great to get FREE water instead of paying ghastly high prices at the airport.

They often run specials to make it very affordable, too. Even at that the convenience of close to the airport can't be beat.

I love using the Parking Spot ever since a coworker told me about how easy it is to use it. I like that it’s easy to create a reservation easy to get out of the car and that the bus comes and picks you up at your vehicle. I feel that the shuttle is very punctual and quickly goes to the airport and back. I never feel like I’m waiting more than 15 minutes at a time, and I love the fact that I am able to build up loyalty points to use for personal travel as well.
