Convenient and reliable

Before I retired in 2011 I used The Parking Spot exclusively. I traveled every other week and found the prices and staff at The Parking Spot outstanding. In retirement now so not traveling as much. Making a trip last week of course I went with Spot Parking.

There are a few things that I really appreciate about The Parking Spot-Century. I appreciate that their online reservation system works and is very efficient. Being 76 years old I get easily frustrated with online things that get very complicated to use when what you're trying to accomplish is a simple thing. Both times I have reserved a parking spot online it went smoothly and I was very pleased. I also appreciate the service you receive when you arrive there to park your car. The first time I used The Parking spot was a few years ago and I chose to park the car myself. Even still, I received kind, courteous and very helpful service from the employees because I was unfamiliar with The Parking Spot. I just recently used the services again but this time I selected to use the valet system...unbelievably efficient and super helpful staff that wasted no time getting my vehicle parked and us on our way to LAX. Upon returning from our vacation The Parking Spot shuttle was readily available. The shuttle bus driver requested to see my parking ticket/receipt and called ahead to have our vehicle ready by the time we got back to the garage...it was there and ready for us, and the assistant helped us put our luggage in the car, and offered us a much appreciated bottle of cold water for our ride home. I have already enthusiastically referred a family member to use The Parking Spot and I will continue to use it myself. Thank you very much.

The location just west of e470 is perfect us to leave our car for multiple days or weeks at a very reasonable price. Your shuttle drivers are always courteous & always a great help w/ the luggage.

Closeness to the airport, The Member's Club, ease of check in & check out, pick up shuttles every several minutes, the shuttle drivers.

Service was over and beyond considering we didn't get in until after 2am. The kind wonderful driver helped us brush the snow off our vehicle. Very positive experience.
