The convenience of the pqarking spot to the airport. The shuttles are timely, and I have never had a rude driver. I use The Parking Spot in charlotte all the time because of my travels, and they have always been very good. The lot is easy to get to from the interstate and easy acces back to the interstate.

We use a really great parking garage at the Little Rock airport. This one in Houston was almost as good. The pick up was a little slow for JFK. There were plenty of Will Clayton buses. The driver service and parking spots were good.
My husband left his phone on our vehicle and didn’t realize until we got to the terminal. The driver took him down to where he could catch the shuttle back to our car, they had a shuttle waiting for him to make the return trip back to the terminal. The driver’s from The Parking Spot East went out of their way to ensure my husband made it back to the terminal so we didn’t have to worry about missing our flight.
