The prepaid option is easy and convenient. I got the premium area and it was totally worth it. The shuttle service was available right away and was quick. The driver was very friendly.

The staff driving the shuttle bus was very nice. We did not have to wait to be picked up at our car and only a few minutes once we arrived at the airport.. I definitely love the coupons for the parking spot and have already recommended you to the person I traveled with

Shuttle drivers picking up travelers in self-park are very responsive. I never have to wait. A few times they were waiting for me before I was out of the car!

Excellent Service.

The convenience

Easy to reserve a spot. Drivers are friendly and efficient. Car is always ready as soon as we get back to the lot after traveling home.

The location is easy to find and access, the covered spots were plentiful, the shuttle bus rotated quickly between the lot and airport.

Very convenient and wait times are minimum.

I think it’s all great. However, your prices have gone up and I think they’re getting a little too high.

Perfect!!

Great and fast.

Quick pickup at airport. Good drivers and gate people . A bit of a wait for pickup from lot to airport.
I also like the rewards program and specials/coupons

Very smooth experience; friendly staff too!

Your drivers are awesome and friendly. Your guy in the box at the entrance not so much. Maybe there is a reason you keep him caged. Love your services though.

Good location...
bus are sitting in lot waiting for you.
nice app
easy in/out of lot

Reservations was easy, parked our car and picked by the shuttle and taken to the airport. Once we returned and got our luggage, the bus was there to pick us up and return us right to our car. We prepaid on our reservation, so we were able to just scan the QR Code and on our way.

I have always had great service. Although we did have to wait for a shuttle to get to the airport way longer than I have in the past and I almost missed being able to check my bag for my flight.

Offer Frequent specials. Quick shuttle service.

Reliable, affordable, and convenient!

Conveniently located to the Oakland airport. Always someone to greet me at the gate, indicate which aisle to go to & picked up at my parked car to get me on the shuttle and to the airport. When I’m returning home, here’s always a shuttle waiting for me to take me to my car.
So I thank you very much

Easy in and out with prepaid. The bottled water is always nice after a long day of travel

We love the valet. The employees are so quick ,friendly and helpful. Nothing better then coming back from a long trip and your car is ready and warm/cold with a bottle of water.
