Helpful, courteous, and accommodating staff. The check out associate was able to check us out quickly, despite several kiosks not working due to an earlier storm.
Ample parking spaces. Fast shuttle service. I wish marking your parking spot with a QR code was possible. People have trouble remembering their spot number on the return trip. All the employees are nice and please tip them.
Friendly drivers and very helpful. The Parking Spot is the way to go! It was wonderful to be picked up and taken to and from the airport. Pickup location was easy to find at the airport and they pick you up at your vehicle in the lot to transfer to the airport. It’s great that they take you to the terminal for the airline you are flying on. Excellent service.
