In a world where so often you are disappointed with customer service the Parking Spot has never let me down. I make a reservation and it is kept, the shuttle drivers are always polite and helpful. When arriving back home I have never waited more than 10 minutes for pick up and this is not a one off I have used the Parking spot nearly 20 times and the service is always outstanding.

The drivers are very courteous. They meet and return you to your vehicle while providing assistance with your luggage. This past trip I returned at night and the driver waited until I was secure in my vehicle before pulling away.

The whole process seems so easy. The check in process is easy, the driver IDs your spot and gives you are card with instructions about how to get back to your car upon returning, and upon return you use the app to say your home and needing to be picked up and there comes a van to get you back to your car to unload and them breeze through checkout. This is the first time to use this service, and I would definitely be using it again.

Haynes Parking Spot is very convenient to Newar Airport. Very little time waiting to be picked at the parking lot. Quick drop off time at the airport. Pick up time at airport is never very long.
