Easy online registration, quick check in and out, quick pick up at car and drop off by friendly and helpful driver.
Easy to get to
On both our arrival and our return to the parking lot, the van was waiting for us and drove us directly to our Gate for arrival and to our car when we return. Both drivers were very pleasant and helpful.
Wait time is minimal. Drivers are very courteous. I once left something on the shuttle and it was there in the office when I returned.

The website and app are easy to navigate. There has always been someone there to help me on arrival and when leaving. The shuttle drivers always help with my luggage. I have found all employees to be polite and helpful.

The level of service and proximity to the airport. Although this past time, there was no shuttle dispatched to where we parked and myself and another driver had to walk with our luggage to a meeting point for the valet- this was not typical of the service I received in self park

I love Oakland Parking Spot as the staff is friendly, efficient and service fantastic. Best facility in your network.
That said, I do not use the SFO Parking Spot any longer as the service is terrible, drivers poor and had several negative experiences there. I now use Park SFO and park at the airport instead of the SFO Parking Spot.

The shuttles run frequently enough, the shuttles are clean and, best of all, interactions with your drivers are just great. Both drivers wee efficient in their work and pleasant to us. You apparently know how to hire good people.
