Had a poor customer experience when returning from travel with The Parking Spot Century. Daniel Sanchez the Assistance General Manager reached out after I submitted some feedback on my experience and took the time to understand my concern. I'll be giving The Parking Spot Century another chance the next time I travel through LAX mainly because of the company's customer focus.
Safe secure area they help make travel easy
We use the Parking Spot because we can guarantee covered parking and the courtesy van is right there to pick us as we are parking the car. Our drivers have always been friendly and courteous. We are able to tip using the app meaning I don’t have to worry about having cash.
After being delayed on our return flight from SLC for 5 hours and finally arriving at IAH at 10:30pm, we were delighted to walk out and see the Parking Spot 2 shuttle pulling in. We only circled to one other terminal, and the driver took us right on to our vehicle.
