The Parking Spot associate was very pleasant and offered great customer service. Due to the recent storm, she was forced to place an orange cone in front of the broken automated arm that goes down in front of each car before exiting. She didn't handle this workaround with frustration. I was impressed with how she was able to pivot. I believe her name was Vashonda. She worked Sunday, 7/14/24 at Parking Spot 2 around 12:30pm - 1:15pm.

It is easy to reserve a spot. I like that the shuttle is close when one drops off their vehicle. In general the drivers are helpful and kind.
I have used the parking spot about 15 times in the last 20 months.
My last return trip when I was picking up my car I encountered a very rude shuttle driver. He wanted to argue with me after I answered the question he asked me properly but not with the answer he wanted. It did not leave me feeling like a valued customer.
