We didn't wait long for the shuttle after arriving for our trip so it helped us have enough time to check in into our flight.

We had a medical emergency on our flight and they turned around and brought us back to Honolulu. We had our 3 teen adult grandsons with us on their first ever trip flying. We sent them on to our original destination in Chicago. They had a very easy time finding the shuttle and retrieving our vehicle even though they had only ever been in an airport before on this trip!
