There is often a promo going on that's saves me money. It's easy to reserve. The location is easy to get to. The shuttles are always ready to pick us up from our vehicle and take us to the airport. We recently arrived late from a delayed flight into ATL at 11:30 p.m. yet the shuttle was there ready to take us to our vehicle. We feel like Parking Spot does a great job with our security/safety and that if our vehicle. We will definitely continue to use The Parking Spot!!

We loved how the shuttle was right at your vehicle when you park. The parking is great, tons of space and it was plowed with no issues. Checking in and checking out is also a great thing, nice and easy. Finally the staff was just so professional and was a joy to talk to.

The experience was great. Had zero wait time for the drop off and pick up. The shuttle was right there both times.

Not being familiar with the process I stumbled at the start but the driver and attendant when checking out were very helpful and took care of my issues. Bus driver picked me up immediately and wait on return at terminal was maybe a minute. Will use service in the future and recommend to others. Thank you!
