Easy access to the Freeway and the crew that works there is always so nice. I never wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle and the ride to the parking area is super quick. I downloaded the app and am always sent great deals to reserve early.

Quick and efficient

Drivers were friendly and helpful,put my luggage in my van for me. Easy access. Quick ride to the airport. Had to wait 15 minutes for my return ride but life happens. Lean restroom. Free water!

Everything went like clockwork. We were in and out of the parking lot when we arrived and the shuttle was there right away when we returned and, again, got us to our car quickly with no incidents. The drivers were friendly and courteous. Overall an A+ experience. Thank you!

great location...but...if I want to tp the driver in the app...I;m being asked to scan the QR code received with the booking...this doesn't make sense..as the QR code is on my phone...not a separate piece of paper...if there is a way to tip the driver in the app without scanning a QR code...it's not clear at all how to do...pls explain. Thank you

It was a very good service. Had some issues in understanding where to park my car but the staff was very helpful. I used this service to drop my mother off on airport and had a very good experience with this service

We left our car for 30 days while we were traveling. Our shuttle to the airport was great. Driver was helpful and friendly.
Pickup at IAH was great. The female driver was wonderful. I told her one of the suitcase had breakables she said Thank-you for mentioning that and was careful putting in on the rack. As we approached our SUV my husband tried to use the key fob to open the back , as he usually does. When it didn't open he said the battery may be dead. After unloading our luggage from the shuttle the driver said she'd check back to see if we got our car started. She came back a couple of minutes later to check. My husband asked if there was Car battery charger . The driver left and came back with a charger. She saved our day for sure.
I didn't get her name but will never forget the wonderful attitude she had or her friendly smile.

As a whole The Parking Spot is a great place to leave your vehicle. We have always felt it was safe .

Friendly service and easy to use

It is easy to get to and the I love the driver services - they pull right up to my car, lift my heavy luggage into the van, take me right to my terminal and again lift my luggage out of the van. Upon return, they are prompt to the arrival terminals and do the same with my luggage onto the van and off at my exact car spot location. I don't have to drive through the Philly garage to find a spot nor walk to my car before take off or upon arrival after I claim my luggage, nor worry about anything happening to my car or to myself. Safe, easy, and super convenient!

Driver took us directly to our parking spot and assisted with luggage and wiping snow off of our car during the snowstorm on Saturday, December 13th.

Easy check/in and check/out. I like the fact that we don’t have to drive all over God’s creation to get to the airport or return to my car. Drivers are polite and helpful. It’s a good service.

There is always a shuttle from IAH back to your car. We were faithful Fine customers; however they had us waiting up to 45 minutes and no one wants that so we switched to try you out and now you have a client for life as long as you keep shuttles regular.
